Hotel rooms are good but service is not upto mark
Pros:

Hotel rooms are good but services and facilities need a lot of improvement. At the time of check-in my hotel room was not ready even it was not finalized which room they will allocate to me and because of that room allocation happened one hour late.
In room bathroom was not ready at all no towels etc. We got towels etc next day.
No one is coming to room to check drinking water, even after asking the same they are delivering at least in 30 mins.
No newspaper etc. I booked a family suite paid 15k for two days stay but its not worth.
Food quality is just ok.
For Breakfast they are charging Rs. 250 per person and they are just offering noodles, aloo pranta and sandwich along with tea. No coffee, no toast, no juice.
I took travel package from hotel but the cars they are offering for local site seeing are not at all comfortable. Old cars which are not even maintained well.

Pros:

It was overall an average stay. To be honest I was expecting more from the impression I got from the pictures and reviews but I guess that was the best for that price range. Had no complaints from the place, staff was friendly mayb could have been more professional

Nice hotel,staff was untrained room heater charged
Pros:

Breakfast served all 4 days same not varieties. room heater was charged 300/- per day its trmendous. kitchen start after 7.30am

Nice hotel but lacks basic services
Pros:

Very nicely built hotel, but lacks few basics tenets like room heating. You need to rent out room heater separately which again is hardly adequate for the room. Buffet spreads have hardly any options.
