Pros:

Čisto okolje, lepo urejeno, prijazne zaposlene.

Cons:

Stopnice v apartmaju 6 so zelo strme, lahko bi na to opozorili sploh tiste, ki pridemo z malimi otroci, ker niso varne za odraslega, kaj šele otroka.
Prav tako bi bilo dobro, da bi se nas predhodno opozorilo - torej navedeno na spletni strani ali bookingu, da vam trenutno wellness ne deluje, saj je bil to eden od razlogov, zakaj smo pri vas bookirali.

Zelo urejen, miren in prijazen hotel
Pros:

Zelo zadovoljni s prijaznostjo osebja, zelo prilagodljivi, skrbni in predani svojemu delu. Naše bivanje je bilo zaradi tega še bolj udobno. Prav tako zelo lep, miren in urejen wellnes kjer smo najeli privatno sobo s savno in masazno kadjo kjer smo dobili tudi penino in prigrizke. Vse je bilo čisto. Zelo smo bili zadovoljni. Hvala

Sukladno očekivanom odgovara cijeni.
Pros:

Doručak je standardni kontinentalni. Lokacija je ok. Lako se nađe. Tv program na hrvatskom jeziku.

Cons:

Na žalost bazen je bio u kvaru, zbog toga je trebalo smanjiti cijenu noćenja jer sam zato i odabrao ovaj hotel..

Sehr saubere und tolle Unterkunft mit freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, wir haben unser Zimmer schon früher erhalten als angegeben war, Personal war sehr , sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit, Parkplätze waren auch genügend verfügbar, Frühstück ausreichend und gut, das Frühstück wäre erst ab 8 Uhr Morgens , wir haben gefragt und wir konnten schon ab 7:30 Uhr Frühstücken.
Wir können diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen

Cons:

Getränkeautomat war leider nicht jederzeit zugänglich, das ist ein wenig schade, aber am Wochenende hatten wir bis 22 Uhr etwas zum Trinken bekommen.

The room smelled bad from the toilets, due to electricity cut, we didn’t have breakfast (eggs and coffee), we understood the situation but we didn’t received any suggestions (discount or next time woucher,…)

Kedves személyzet. Jó reggeli, kellemes környezetben. Saját parkolóval rendelkezik a szállás.

Cons:

Az egyik szobába nem volt WC papír bekészítve, ezt a recepció bezárása után vettük észre, így reggel tudtuk jelezni.

Cons:

We are extremely disappointed.

The first issue is the swimming pool, which does not actually exist at the property, even though it is shown in the photos. This is misleading and creates false expectations.

The jacuzzi and saunas are only available in selected rooms, which is also misleading because they are prominently displayed on the main page of this very poor motel.

Another issue is the electrical outlets in Apartment No. 6, which do not work.

My husband uses a breathing machine and was unable to plug it in next to the bed. The outlets on both sides of the bed are not functioning. This is completely unacceptable.

Another issue is the kitchen sponge, which was old, dirty, and there was only one provided.

In an apartment of this standard, a fresh and clean sponge should be provided for every guest.

We do not recommend this place and will strongly advise others against staying here.
