Pros:

We stayed her efor the 3rd time... really goood value for the money, the spa is awesome. Breakfast has a lot of options. Overall really good experience.

Pros:

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

A nightmare. They sell a room like being an appartment whit 2 bedrooms and a living, but in fact it was a space whit 3 beds. Very rud frontdesk girl.

Small and cosy.
Pros:

Nice small hotel. The staff was really nice. The room is specious and really warm we slept the whole night with window open.

Cons:

All the privat wellnesses were occupied when we arrived but I guess we should reserved it beforehand.

Für einen Kurzbesuch mit Familie unweit einer Therme war es sehr okay !
Pros:

Die Lage zur Therme war gut. Und man hat einen eigenen Parkplatz. Das Personal war freundlich

Cons:

Das Apartment hatte auf einer Fläche einen Gesamtraum wo eine ausziehbare Couch stand die als Bett diente (sehr ungemütlich bei jeder Bewegung wachte der andere auf) in diesem Raum befand sich auch die Küchenzeile ein Tisch und der Kleiderschrank. Über eine schmale steile leiterartige Treppe ging es in den oberen Schlafraum wo ein Bett ganz in einem Dachgeschoss Raum. Die Stiege war fast senkrecht und 50 cm breit (es war einfach gefährlich da die Stufen extrem schmal waren und das WC war im unteren Bereich. Am Dachfenster hatte man die Wasserflecken dies auch beim unteren Dachfenster in der Dusche waren die Glastüren nicht dicht so dass das Wasser auf dem Fußboden rannte. Die Papierrolle stand auf der Papierrollenhalterung da diese nicht hinein passte. Deine Stecker neben der Couch war nicht zu verwenden da in einer Eröffnung irgendetwas drin steckte (sehr gefährlich) im oberen Geschoss wurde die Leitung der Klimaanlage in einer Kabeltasse neben dem Bett verlegt wo die Abdeckung runter ging und man den Stecker selbst in die Dose stecken musste jedoch dann funktionierten die Lichter nicht mehr (keine Ahnung warum). Am nächsten Tag nach der Ankunft wollten wir duschen gehen jedoch hatten wir am Abend das Wasser verbraucht. Wir holten die Dame von der Rezeption die uns erklärte dass der linke Schalter die Heizung des Boilersist und dass dies normalerweise das Personal einschaltet (keine Einweisung keine Information von Personal) der Schalter war leider ausgeschalten. Nach 2 Stunden hatten wir wenigstens ein bisschen warmes Wasser. Die Bettwäsche war zwar vom Geruch her sauber jedoch von optischen her hat es Flecken was die Sache noch abgerundet hat. Das Apartment hat für die Nacht 118 € gekostet jedoch im zweiten Stock ohne Lift und die angepriesen Wellnessbereiche waren extra zu bezahlen wo da wenn es Bereich für zwei Personen für 2 Stunden um die 80 € lag.
