Pros:

Расположение от моря, реально через дорогу перейти и ты на пляже. Хорошие завтраки, на любой вкус. Ресторан работает после завтраков как обеденный до 9 вечера, огромный выбор за 150 юаней шведский стол,, есть реально всё, нету только крепкого алкоголя.

Cons:

Полотенца не каждый день меняли. Прозрачные стены в туалете.

I liked that is a big resort. It is really pity that the swimming pool at 1st floor is closed.

Cons:

The people work at the reception are not very helpful. I wished they could offer us more travel tips .

Pros:

Чистое море, хороший пляж, хороший бассейн, отличные завтраки, ежедневная уборка номера, чистый отель.

Cons:

Коммуникабельность персонала очень низкая и слабая. Английский язык, русский язык в международном отеле нужно было бы знать хоть по папе десятков слов, там нет, только китайский, через интернет переводчик в телефоне, либо вообще игнорирование вопросов от постояльцев. Плохо работающий холодильник, как они говорят термобокс, так вот он практически не холодит, считайте что у вас не будет холодильника.

Pros:

Небольшая, но красивая территория, вкусные разнообразные завтраки, китайская и европейская кухни. Море через дорогу. У нас был мини номер, кровать для двоих вполне отлично. Такие номера выходят на сторону аэропорта, я чутко сплю, но шума от самолета не заметила. Атмосфера в отеле релакс. Рекомендую для спокойного отдыха.

Cons:

Расположение не совсем удачное. Рядом с аэропортом это плюс, но развлечения там нет. Нужно пройти мин 10-15 до улицы с кафешками и маленькими магазинами. Выбор не велик. Мы пробыли 3 ночи и поехали на Дадунхай.

Останавливаюсь здесь уже третий раз. Отличное соотношение цены и качества. Рекомендую!
Pros:

Завтраки разнообразные. Есть и европейская еда и азиатская. Неострая. В отеле есть бассейны, спортзал, в лобби и обеденной зоне играет живая музыка. По вечерам крутят мультики для детей на большом экране. На плаже нет шезлонгов и лежаков, но есть водные развлечения, а главное, очень мало народа. Номера чистые и убирают ежедневно, каждый день ставят 3 бутылки воды

Cons:

Мне нравится все, единственное, что стоит учесть - в тех номерах, которые выходят на аэропорт, довольно шумно. Они стоят дешевле, и отель предоставляет беруши. Но если честно - мне шум самолетов не мешает, зато можно любоваться видами заходящих на посадку самолетов :) До центра можно добраться на автобусе или такси

Will not return, not worth the price, disappointing.
Pros:

-convenient location (close to the airport and beach)
- friendly staff
- nice breakfast

Cons:

I was very surprised about all the positive feedback about this hotel. The listing information is incorrect and the facilities were absolutely not worth the price.
- most of the amenities/facilities listed in booking.com were available (no fruits, no adult pool, no room service, rooms are not soundproof)
- needs maintenance (lots of hair in the room, not all the lights work)
- confusing layout
- no room service
- no food available after 9pm (as was told by staff)
- very noisy (music starts at 8:30am from the pool and keeps going all day until 10pm, people shouting the hallways, kids screaming in the hallways)
- balcony has limited privacy, neighbor can see onto balcony
- all other balconies had patio chairs and tables, mine had folding metal chairs
- people smoking indoors
- some staff unhelpful when approached by foreigner
- not briefed about how to get to my room, breakfast times, where anything was located upon check-in. Was basically given my key card and told to go on my way

Прилетела в 8 утра, в 10.30 заселили, не ждала 14.00, общение через переводчик, в целом понятное, завтраки нормальные,

Cons:

Номер очень старенький, никак не тянет на 5 звезд, на троечку твердую. Но в номере есть все необходимое, зубной набор, бритвенный набор, расческа, шампунь и гель, мыло, шапочка для душа, даже клали стиральный гель в пакетиках ежедневно и беруши. Вода, чай и кофе тоже регулярно пополнялись. Вообще к уборке претензий нет, я каждый день приходила как в новый номер, все убрано, поменяно, пополнено

Pros:

The bed was comfy, the shower was hot.

Cons:

I didn't like the unfriendliness, there was nothing to do and no tour desk. No shops or cafes or restaurants within a walkable distance either.
My room was so noisy, I didn't sleep at all. My room faced the staff car park, with its many noisy mopeds, next to that was a noisy dual carriage way, which in turn was next to the runway of sanya airport. After 3 nights of no sleep, I left the hotel exhausted. I was supposed to stay 12 nights, there was no way that I could.
