Cons:

Холодний номер, кондиціонер на нагрів не працює, чайник у номері відсутній, після 21.00 нічого не працює навіть чаю не може випити, парковки фактично немає не можна ні заїхати, ні виїхати, шукав за три квартали де поставити авто,не раджу нікому,ніна/якісь не відповідає

Cons:

Дуже брудно, підлога дуже брудна, ходити в шкарпетках неможливо зразу стають чорними, дивани засалені та подерті, за диваном валялися обгортки від цукерок та презервативів, вікна заклеєні скотчем. У душі була відсутня навіть зубна щітка, елементарні предмети гігієни потрібно було постійно десь випрошувати. Прибирання відбувалося формально.
Телевізору не було навіть у спальні.
Дуже поганий номер…

Місце розташування. Це- чи не єдиний готель в цьому районі за адекватну ціну.

Cons:

В номері було дуже холодно. Не рятував навіть обігрівач. З 4 розеток 2 були зламані. Отже залишалася 1 розетка на обігрівач і 1 на все інше. Душ також виявився зламаним. Хоча його полагодили на наступний день.
При замовленні сніданку оплату попросили на день вперед. Але сніданку на наступний день я так і не отримала. Почекавши 40 хвилин, пішла голодна. На наступний день знову попросила сніданок. Його принесли абсолютно холодним і неїстівним.
Сервіс і відношення до гостей на низькому рівні.

Готель підходить лише для поїздок у справах. Сімейним та з дітьми краще обрати інший готель.
Pros:

Сподобалось зручне розташуваня (бо подорож була у справах) та більш-менш нормальний номер. Сніданки також досить поживні.

Cons:

При заселенні номер був дуже холодним. Як на вулиці на початку весни. І він не прогрівся навіть після 4 годин роботи кондиціонера. Також у номері не було капців. Тож у душ довелося іти босоніж по дуже холодній підлозі. Номер прогрівся лише наступного ранку після ночі безперервної роботи кондиціонера..

Готель має проблеми всих старих великих готелів-розкіш минулих років вже вичерпалася, потрібен ремонт і оновлення
