Este hotel es perfecto si planeas salir a explorar , ofrecen desayuno y la playa queda a 5 minutos caminando. Muy satisfecho con mi vacation 🙌

cheap price for a good staying

Trust me when I say that this is not somewhere you want to stay. There were so many bad things about this accommodation that we just had to laugh about it, otherwise we would cry.
The day staff was helpful when we first arrived and neither the fan nor AC nor TV worked in our room. She tried to help, but was not successful in fixing the problem. We stuck out the lack of AC in the extreme heat for 2 nights as there were no alternative rooms apparently, but we got no sleep because the room was stifling, plus no one in this hotel respects quiet hours and will happily be having loud conversations in the hallway for long periods of time in the middle of the night.
To get a room change, we had to really fight and not take no for an answer from the night staff who seemed to be unwilling to help in any situation because it might make her actually lift a finger and do her job. Once we did get moved to a room on the same level as reception, we did finally have AC, but every night this lady was either talking loudly on the phone to her mates, or had friends at the front desk talking and laughing loudly from midnight to early hours of the morning.

To then make this experience even more
"exciting", the water went out for over 48hrs, the pool was a damn murky and dirty disgrace, the
"breakfast provided" was literally sliced apple with maple syrup and a sprinkle of granola every day, and both rooms we had plus our friends in another room all had little bits of blood on the bedsheets.

Property was not what the website described. I did not stay ,felt very unsafe. Ened up making different acomedatuons. Very upsetting situation. Called Exedia and didn't get any help.

Personal amable, instalaciones buenas. El único pero es la ubicación.

Las almohadas son muy duras, fue un poco incómodo dormir.

Limpio, confortable, muy atentos , hay estacionamiento , bonito el lugar , lo recomendaría

A couple of km north of the main commercial area, hotel had nice roof pool and a simple breakfast. There were a few parking spots. My room was very basic and somewhat dark (window looked on to a corridor). Price was fair for PDC --- plus a good taco place opposite.

Sencilla. Cuartos amplios. Estuvimos poco tiempo pero nos funcionó muy bien.

Friendly staff, continental breakfast it’s 8-930 only fruit, Coffe and tea, you get what you pay for, parking it’s on the front or on the street, great for a short stance, clean room and bed. Far from downtown and beach.

En realidad solo fuimos a dormir, en las noches había un poco de ruido, pero nada que no permitiera descansar. Estaba un poco alejado del área turística, pero era muy fácil de llegar. Por el precio está súper bien. En un taxi llegas fácilmente a todas las áreas turísticas y parques. La playa que está cerca es muy bonita.

Excelente estancia, está muy cerca de Playa Punta Esmeralda la cual es una de las más bonitas que tiene Playa del Carmen, pero el hotel si está muy alejado del centro, yo no tuve ningún inconveniente con este tema, atención muy amable en recepción y cuenta con una alberca en el techo, todo bien.
