Soggiorno piacevole con staff disponibile
Pros:

Buona posizione, con il centro di Alaçatı raggiungibile a piedi in 10-15 minuti. Parcheggio gratuito disponibile lungo la strada. Colazione molto buona, preparata al momento con prodotti freschi e servita nel gazebo in giardino, accanto alla piscina. Molto bello e accogliente anche lo spazio esterno. Un ringraziamento speciale allo staff che, il giorno della partenza, ha anticipato la colazione per permetterci di raggiungere l’aeroporto in tempo.

Cons:

La comunicazione con lo staff è stata un po’ difficile, poiché nessuno parlava inglese e alla reception non era mai presente qualcuno. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo inoltre trovato la porta della doccia sganciata e non funzionante, il frigorifero spento e le lenzuola macchiate. Fortunatamente, il giorno successivo un ragazzo dello staff ha risolto tutto con grande disponibilità e gentilezza.

Pros:

Wir waren für eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft und nicht mit einmal wurde unser Zimmer gereinigt oder unsere Handtücher gewechselt. Klopapier musste wir im Supermarkt selbst kaufen weil es nicht aufgefüllt wurde. Das Personal konnte kein einziges Wort englisch daher war die Kommunikation nicht möglich.

Havuz var ama yok
Pros:

Havuz kullanıma kapalı hatta başka bir yere işletme için verilmiş sadece kahvaltıyı orada yapabiliryorsunuz.Temizlik sadece söylenirse yapılıyor o da eksik yapılıyor wc öyle bıraktığımız gibiydi.Onun dışında çalışan kişiler güler yüzlü.
