Helpfulness of reception staff.
Room: very small; bathroom no light over mirror.
Breakfast: Why not a Breakfast buffet. Choices had to be made to the waiter from a rigid list; the result was a lot of waste food because to have ones preferences meant choosing items which were individually too large. Also time taken waiting for order to be prepared and delivered was excessive. When seperate items (eg cereal and scrambled eggs were ordered, they were delivered at the same time: the scrambled eggs had to be returned to keep warm while consuming the cereal.

Love this property, it’s conveniently located, lovely clean, modern rooms, comfortable beds, the restaurant and coffee shop serve fabulous food in nice comfortable surroundings. The staff are friendly, efficient and very helpful.
