This place is like a long term stay, so it has a secure entry with a code. Nobody was there when we arrived but the manager texted us and was rhere within an hour. The apartment was wonderful, clean, nice bathrooms.

Temiz bakımlı olan tesis konaklamamızda yaşadığımız sıkıntı gaz dedektörlerinden periyodik gelen ses oldu.Otopark mevcut değil sokakta bulduğunuz yere parkediyorsunuz.Güler yüzlü ilgili personel.Kısa konaklamalar için ideal.Yataklar biraz sert😅

Temizlik olarak süper konum olarak merkezin hemen çıkışında temiz bir bölge çalışanlar ilgili , ses yalıtımı çok iyi değil

We stayed one night as we were traveling. Very comfortable bad, the room is big. Very clean place. Close to high way.

15 gün önce ayırttığımız ve 1 gün önce de arayıp haber verdiğimiz odayı varmamıza 1 saat kala arayıp yerimiz yok diyerek size başka otel ayarladık vs şeklinde ukalaca konuşarak kabul etmeyince de küfür ve hakaret ederek telefonu kapatan karaktersiz kişilikler. Kesinlike tavsiye etmiyorum.

Odamız son derece temiz ve ferahtı.

We were in Eskisehir because of my friend's wedding. First of all, we would like to thank the property manager who provided us all details both related with our stay & Eskisehir. Also, he was always smiling, kind & helpful. Secondly, even it was winter, there was heating system working properly. Therefore, even it was minus degrees, we never felt cold. Thirdly, the residence is newly built that's why everything was well qualified & comfortable. Lastly, I would like to emphasize that with a cheap price, you may have your best stay at Bayrambey Residence . We highly recommend the place. Thanks a lot.

Otel konum olarak yüksek hızlı tren garına yakın ankara Eskişehir yolunun iç tarafında kalıyor çevresinde 5 dakika uzaklıkta bir avm ve tramvay hattı bulunmakta yüksek hızlı tren garı ile yaklaşık 20 dakikalık bir yürüme mesafesi var eskişehir merkeze ise yarım saat 45 dakika uzaklıkta(yürüme) otel genel olarak güzel sessiz bir yerde odanın içinde ufak bir mutfak tezgahı var mini bir buzdolabı ve kombi mevcut bizim şikayet ettiğimiz tek nokta odanın kapısının biraz ses yalıtımı yok genel olarak güzel bir otel ve odaydı. Çok memnun kaldık

Otel güzel ama konumu pek beğenmedim

Hakan was great. He helped us arrange transportation and even came through on some of our last-minute requests. We will certainly book our stay at Bayrambey next time we come to Eskişehir.

Girişte otel görevlisi tarafından tam bir bilgilendirme yapıldı. Giriş işlemleri hızlıca yapıldı. Banyoda şampuan ve diğer kişisel bakım ürünlerinin olmadığını görünce görevli ile irtibata geçtim. Kendisi şampuan kalmadığını ve kendi kullandığı ürünlerden göndereceğini iletti ve gönderdi. Konum olarak bir çok yere yakın
Oda temizliği iyiydi. Fakat banyoda aynı özen gösterilmemişti.

I stayed here for one night. The hotel is easy to find just off the highway. The street is very quiet. I was welcomed and shown to my room which was very clean and modern, with a kettle, tea and coffee, a fridge and a mini kitchen with a sink and a hot plate. There is an elevator, secure parking in a garage, good Wifi and a large shopping centre about a 10 minute walk. Definitely recommended.

On arrival we were greeted by the hotel owner Harkan. He was pleasant & quickly showed us to our room. A slight mix up so he had to move us which he did promptly. He gave WiFi password a map & basic information about room & area. He then left & we did not have contact until my brother bumped into him on our last afternoon of a 3 day stay. The room had twin bed an electric hob 2 ring & kettle. No pots or pans which was surprising for a self catering room. Harkan pointed out the supermarket prior to leaving us to our own devises. There is some construction going on in the area so be ready to be woken at 7am by works men. With lack of staffing cause Harkan is the only means of contact you are left to guess? Lack of towels as we got no fresh ones on a daily. The residence is a 15 minute walk from the nearest tram station which you cannot get tickets for unless you walk another 20 minutes to the next tram station. There are Dolmaches close by but if you don’t speak Turkish you may struggle. There is also a ozlic shopping centre 10-15 minutes walk to get supplies. The price of our stay was very reasonable for what we got but I feel that if a little extra detail is made (a pot and pan cutlery) it would get an excellent review.
