Lovely, quiet, safe location but not too far from the hustle and bustle
Pros:

Loved the quiet location yet less than 10 minutes walk to the nearest subway. It felt very safe.

Home from home with fantastic service, especially Tommy thanks!!
Pros:

It’s located in a lovely, quieter part of Manhattan, which is such a relief compared to some of the noisier areas, yet you’re still close to everything. I previously stayed just a few minutes away in Lower Manhattan, which was great, but once I found the Seaport Hotel, it just clicked.

There are fantastic restaurants nearby, a great atmosphere throughout the hotel, and such a relaxed, welcoming vibe. The staff truly go above and beyond — every interaction feels warm and genuine. Tommy in particular is an absolute asset to the hotel, and all of the reception staff are amazing.

I visit New York quite often, and it feels so good to finally have “my place.”
Thank you to the whole team — you’ve created something really special.

Very nice, well located and friendly, helpful staff.

The room next door had their television on very loud, making it difficult to sleep. Soundproofing could be better.
