Disappointed due to luck of communication with the staff and state of the economy in NYC

Area of south street Seaport is empty and deserted
I had never seen so many empty stores and buildings unused, there is mass exodus of businesses, hardly any place to eat and everything was closing or not serving past 10 pm on Friday night, unseen for last 30 years.

Pros:

Rooms were spacious. Bathrooms also generous sized.
Great location. Quiet neighbourhood with a good selection of restaurants nearby. A few minutes from the subway
