Pros:

Very well located. Staff was the best we had on our trip ao friendly.

Cons:

Downside they worked at the property next door so noise and also they had some event opposite the street by the pier and that noise was so bad.

Great spot in NYC.
Pros:

Comfy bed, excellent staff (Chris and Julian (Urban Cove)- thank you). Great location. Perfect for Pier 17 events. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. Very professional team on check in and check out. Couldn't do enough to help us.

Cons:

No complaints. All good.

De locatie: het hotel ligt heel goed tov van bezienswaardigheden in Manhatten.

Cons:

Ik vind heel vreemd dat het hotel een 5 sterren rating heeft. Dit klopt niet met de faciliteiten en uitstraling. Het hotel zit er echt armoedig uit. De 5 sterren rating schept grote verwachtingen. Maar voldeed totaal niet!

Aamiainen oli erinomainen. Etenkin avokado sandwich oli loistava. Tarjoilu oli sympaattista. Huone oli tilava ollakseen New Yorkissa. Sijainti oli myös erittäin mukavalla ja rauhallisella alueella, kuitenkin niin, että aivan lähellä oli monipuolinen tarjooma ravintoloita ja ja kahviloita. Hotellilta oli helppo suunnistaa muualle kaupunkiin. Vastaannoton henkilökunta oli myös mutkattoman ystävällistä.
