المصعد في الشقق لا ينزل الى G مما تضطر الى ان تأخذ لفه طويلة لتصل الى الخارج وتخيل ان لديك حقائب لايوجد احد لخدمتك .

انا من رواد الفندق منذ عام 2010
المكان والمرافق والنظافه استثنائيه.

Cons:

لأول مره اواجه طاقم استقبال في الفندق لم يكن محترف جداً، لدرجة انه كان سيتم دفع مبلغ اضافي يختلف عن المذكور في تأكيد الحجز بواسطة بوكنج، نتيجة خطاء من قبل عدم خبرة موظفين الاستقبال.
