Apartment section need big improvements

Cons:

The service at apartment section is bad and delayed sending my luggage for 30min after I checked in and gad to call the reception couple time to get them
The carpets are dirty in apartments and blankets were smelly

موقع وتعاون وشي يستاهل

شكرا على تعاون الموظفة (سكينه) معنا واجهت مشكلتين في يومين مختلفين حلتها في اقل من خمس دقايق بضحكه وابتسامة

Wenn wir in der Region sind , kommen wir wieder
Pros:

Für unseren 3Jahre alten Sohn war es total schön, da er im Pool schwimmen konnte. Wie immer ist das Personal überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. So wie wir das in der Region kennen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Leider ist die Verkehrssituation vor dem Hotel am späteren Abend schlecht und es gibt viel Stau. Ich gehe mal davon aus, das die Behörden das schon im Blick haben, da nun immer die Polizei den Verkehr regelt.
Auch war das Frühstück nicht mehr so sehr auswahlreich, wie beim letzten Mal. Es kann aber sein, das an unserer Reisezeit gelegen hat. Trotzdem war das Frühstück noch sehr schön

مرافق ممتازة و مشكلة في تنظيف الاجنحة

الموقع الممتاز، مرافق الفندق، حمام السباحة رائع جدا، الهدوء.

Cons:

يوجد مشكلة كبيرة لديهم في تنظيف الاجنحة.
اقامتي كانت يومين و خلال اليومين لم يتم التنضيف الا مرة واحدة و كانت اجتهاد من موظف كان جايب اغراض و شاف حال الغرفة و مارضى يطلع الا بعد ما ينظف.
ما ادري ايش السيستم عندهم، التنظيف شي اساسي و ما يحتاج اني اطلبه، و الفندق لازم يشوف له حل لهذا الموضوع.
