Convenient stay in Tokai Ibaraki with useful facilities and friendly staff
Pros:

The location is ideal for a stay in Tokai, it is a 15 minute walk to Tokai station. Free bicycle rental made further transport ideal. The staff were friendly and spoke good English in most cases.

Cons:

Sometimes it was a little bit noisy from other guests along corridors but this was not very frequent.
