the place was disgusting, dirty bed , dirty bathroom , "" they dont even have towels "" , the staff so rude and disrespectful...
if you want to stay in hamra just skip this hotel

The location is horrible
The reciptionist is rude
The housekeeper is terrifying
The room wasn't as booked it doesn't look like the pictures on hotels.com
There are no towls in the room even though i asked for they didn't bring.
Bed sheets and pillows are dirty
Shower is not clean
The smell of the room is smoking even A i booked a non smoking room

The price was cheap, however the property has limited amenities.
No power overnight, no towels were provided.

overall mediocre hotel, but for 2 days there was literally no water in the showers and some yellow water from the taps and I couldn’t shower. the reception just kept telling me it’ll be resolved in 10 mins for a whole day and offered no compensation or support whatsoever. their attitude was basically “it’s ok deal with it”. I had to shower with bottled water i bought from the supermarket…

The staff is absolutely fantastic. They are very respectful and kind and very accommodating. They make you feel safe and are always present, no matter the hour. The facility is clean, accommodating and in a fantastic area that is close to everything you may need. I’m impressed with the location. I will definitely stay here again and won’t hesitate to book again! Thanks for an awesome experience

Friendly team, cozy and calm area, affordable price and stylish interior. When i arrived they upgraded me to junior suite and offered me coffee because of a delay in check in. Overall it was a very good experience and highly recommended.

Central, convenient, easy in and out. In the middle of all services. An affordable basic clean rooms with little kitchenette

The room smelled of smoke and sewer, both towels and bed linen had holes in them. Overall I would definitely not recommend this hotel

It had a full service kitchen which was great. The parking was not the greatest really hard to get in and out of but overall a nice clean place.

Great place to stay in. So calm but just 1 minute walk to the restaurants / market and 2 minutes to Tourists' famous Hamra Street, which has the nicest multinational Coffee shops and Chains in which you can spend lots of time for little money. It has an underground free parking with an elevator to the Reception and to your floor. Rooms are nicely and elgantly decorated, wide, very clean, extra comfortable beds... The elegant hard working always smiling Receptionist makes sure to meet your needs in few minutes, even if She's admitting new tourists, which seemed to be quite many, with the help of a young energetic kind man, who makes sure to deliver anything you need to your room even if it's food, mobile recharge, other demands from any close restaurant or shop, all under the supervision of a very Respectful Manager who behind the scenes seems to be doing a great job. Sure I'll always come to this Hotel anytime I visit the astounding Beirut...

Its one of the beat stays in hamra & lebanon for me, the hotel is in the heart of hamra street yet its located in side street which makes it very calm so you won’t get bothered with noise out there. Its very modern furnitued, very good room service, very friendly & helpful recitation staff who are welling to help you in whatever you want like ordering taxis or booking a dinner place. I really enjoyed my stay and definitely without any concern i will book it again.
