Świetna lokalizacja, dosyć duży obiekt ale bardzo przytulny, wygodny parking i przestrzeń dookoła hotelu. Pokoje bardzo przestronne z balkonem, ciepłe i czyste, wyposażone w podstawowe sprzęty (tv, czajnik, wifi, suszarka, itp.). Restauracja z barem bardzo wygodna i elegancka, serwująca posiłki w formie bufetu, menu urozmaicone z ogromnym wyborem dań i napojów, bardzo smacznie i zdrowo, wieczorami super potańcówki. Strefa spa wystarczająca, dwa baseny z ratownikiem, jacuzzi, sauny, grota solna i termiczne leżanki. Personel hotelu bardzo profesjonalny, uśmiechnięty i empatyczny. Nowy Zdrój to super obiekt, polecamy wszystkim !!!
Słabo wyciszone pokoje, bardzo wyraźnie słyszalne rozmowy w sąsiednich pokojach.

Platba za župan. Žádný personál ve wellness zóně.
Extra platba za vodu a kafe na pokoji.
Nepřítomnost minibaru na pokoji. Viděla jsem pokojskou jak ho nesla pro nějakého klienta ( asi opět za příplatek.
Za mne mrtvý hotel. Chtěla jsem objednat masáž pro babičku a nebyl opět personál. Na recepci zamračená vedoucí recepce. Energeticky špatně.
Navštívili jsme už po třetí velká spokojenost vše perfektní.

Pyszne śniadania. Bardzo miła obsługa. Strefa spa na najwyższym poziomie.
Lokalita krásná, příjemné klidné lázeňské městečko. Jídlo vynikající, široký výběr jídel jak k snídani, tak k večeři, vše čerstvé, doplňováno, co došlo. Dostatek ovoce, zeleniny, salátů. Personál ochotný, snažil se mluvit i česky. :)

Špinavý koberec v jídelně, na večeři po 17h nebyla některá jídla.
