Parfaitement situé près du lac de Tam Coc donnant accès à l’animation de le petite ville tout en étant calme et agréable. Les déjeuners sont généreux! Le personnel est toujours souriant et très serviable. Je recommande franchement.

Amazing stay at this hotel. The beds are super comfy and the rooms are clean and a good size. Excellent location, near the main action but far enough away so it’s quiet. Lots of restaurants and spas nearby. The staff here are wonderful, really helpful.

El hotel es muy rústico, si bien la habitación es amplia y cómoda le faltan servicios básicos. El agua caliente es limitada, te ofrecen té o café pero no ponen ni azúcar ni edulcorante, pocas toallas, no hay TV. El personal es escaso, son dos personas atendiendo todo el hotel. La recepción muchas veces está vacía y hay que dirigirse hacia un kiosco a dos casas para llamar al dueño. La mujer encargada de hacer y servir el desayuno no habla ni entiende inglés. Pero tienen buena voluntad y predisposición.

Loved my two night stay here with my mother. Super quiet with good blackout curtains and AC, great for sleep. Shower had outstanding pressure and hot water, though they took the river stone trend pretty literally and you'll want to bring slides (provided with the room) into the WC. Breakfast choices were simple, home cooked, and wholesome.

Staff were WONDERFUL and we really enjoyed our garbled Vietnamese interactions with the sweet housekeeper. The manager speaks excellent English and was very helpful arranging a private car as well as train station transport, and even the train tickets themselves when I was having trouble with the system.

The place is super pretty and tucked into a quiet corner of things while still being only a few minutes walk from Cam Toc's frenetic central area. Didn't use the pool but it looked clean. Highly recommended!

Great location! Friendly, helpful staff and great breakfast. It was so nice to use the bikes to get around. As mentioned in other reviews there isn’t a shower curtain, but the bathroom dries very quickly because it has a greenhouse style roof.

Første inntrykk av hotellet: dårlig. Vi blir møtt av bygningsarbeid og lobbyen er flyttet til baren, dette er ingen stor greie MEN det fører til at vi under alle måltider må høre på non-stop ringing fra telefonen i "resepsjonen". Det er også bygningsarbeid rett ved restauranten, bassenget og ved hotellets strandområdet. Det er kjedelig fordi det er mye borring og annet bråk som er plagsomt når man skal spise, lese bok på stranden osv.
Utenom dette var hotellrommet nydelig, vi hadde privat- basseng og badekar.
Renholdet var OK, det var mye småfluer som hadde "bol" på rommet, altså det var store svarte flekker med fluer på rommet. Utenom dette var sengen og badet rent og pent.

It is a lovely property. Plumbing could use upgrade (smelly bathroom) and don’t care for a shower that is not enclosed and causes the entire bathroom floor to become wet. Great location. Close to everything but on a quiet lane.

Well decorated Hotel,Clean rooms and garden, and welcoming staff.
Very supportive concierge service and they speak good English.
Enjoyed my stay and diffently will come back.

Arrived at Tam Coc after Hanoi and Halong Bay. Was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this lodging! The owner spoke good English and gave us a lot of tips for visiting local area and pointed out all the good dining places. The hotel was quite new, very clean and comfortable, with excellent breakfast and snacking provided. I highly recommend this facility.

Wonderful staff who run the place very friendly And helpful. Location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the town but quiet.

Rooms are big and nice. Bathroom was ok. The shower wasn’t the best but that’s the only critasism.

Although quiet, soundproofing isn’t great so the usual loud Americans talking outside will wake you up.

Breakfast was excellent.

Staff were extremely helpful and perfect at communication (fluent English) when arranging and confirming a transfer for us from Halong Bay directly to the hotel. Throughout our stay, the staff were so helpful and made our stay at Ninh Binh amazing.
The location of the hotel is great, with free bicycles and cheap motorbike rental. Thank you!!
