Consistently good, very friendly staff, clean and conveniently located
Pros:

I have been several times and especially like the breakfast and the sauna.

Cons:

There is no cattle for hot water (tee) in the room, and it is not always convenient to go down.
It took a while until I worked out where the microwave is located to heat up a meal.

Pros:

Exceeded expectations. Room was comfy and decent sized for Tokyo. Location was great. Lots of restaurants and easy access to the train.

Dobra lokalizacja, świetne udogodnienia w hotelu jak onsenach, czy darmowa kawa herbata dla gości. Świetna obsługa, fajny design.

Cons:

Super małe pokoje i część pokoi nie ma żadnego widoku z okna. Wyzwaniem jest mikrospokijny pokój dla gości jednak do zaakceptowania na 1 lub 2 noce. Choć logistyka w pokoju zwłaszcza dla wysokich jest dość trudna.

Pros:

Excellent location to explore Tokyo. Cozy and spotless room. Rooftop terrace and onsen were amazing, and breakfast selection was good. We would definitely stay again.

C’était très bien et on reviendra sûrement. Le quartier est animé et très sympa. Vous ne manquez de rien.
Pros:

Très proche de tout ! Plein de bar et restaurants à côté, plusieurs gares accessibles facilement.
C’est propre et là décoration mignonne.
On est déjà venu ici et on reviendra sûrement :)

Cons:

C’est un peu petit mais on s’y habitue car c’est un peu compliqué de trouver mieux avec ces critères.
Pour les femmes on a pas de sauna contrairement aux hommes mais bon c’est pas dérangeant.

I would stay here again, but the price does not match the level of service we received.
Pros:

The location was really perfect. Also, the daiyokujō improved our stay.

Cons:

The staff wasn't very attentive. They didn't even inform us about the complimentary drinks available downstairs and did not help arrange luggage shipment. Printing tickets at the reception desk also came with an additional charge.
The room itself was very small, and the bathroom was so compact that there was hardly any space for personal toiletries.

Excellent location, good sized rooms, hot tub/sauna, evening snacks/drinks and breakfast buffet.

Cons:

Lights in hallway a bit too much twilight zone. Cool when you first check in and somewhat overwhelming after a night of drinking.

More expensive for a smaller room.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, very close to two different subway stations and lots of restaurant options around. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the entire hotel is clean and stylish.

Cons:

I know small rooms are the norm for Tokyo, but this room was really very incredibly small. Sink is outside of the bathroom, right in the counter. Worst part is that, for some reason, the bathroom door is made of glass? I've had other hotel rooms in the same street that cost less and were more spacious.

Chambre petite et peu ventilée
Pros:

Emplacement dans un quartier avec beaucoup de restaurants autour. L'hotel est propre, la machine a laver aussi.

Cons:

Fortes odeurs dans la chambre et peu d'aérations dans la salle de bains. Pas de possibilité de rendre le noir dans la piece. Chambre vraiment petite, heureusement nous avions que 2 sacs a dos (difficile avec valises soutes)

Great choice of hotel for a few days in Tokyo especially if you are going to art galleries.
