Amazing place to stay in a good location !
Location is excellent. Close to subway. Close to major stops: harajuku, shibuya, shinjuku. Clean. Modern. Beautiful. Smells nice. Ammenities: free tea coffee water. Spa. Laundry facilities. Helpful kind staff. Selfie pictures in lobby. Water pressure. Working elevators. Everything was fantastic.
Slightly small rooms even for Japanese standards imo.
Couldn’t ask for anything more from a hotel; from the amenities, to the staff, to the location. There are several convenience stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and stations nearby. There is even a Don Quijote so you don’t have to drag all your things from the mega store. The perfect stay - we will be coming again.
The rooms are on the smaller side, but this is normal for Japanese hotels and did not impair the quality of our stay.
Really good size room for a family of three (5 month old baby). We were able to leave the pram up and co-sleep with no issues. Great location close to metro.
We liked the bar and the free drinks
A bit cramped. But we’ll designed
Breakfast was great! It was buffet style with many Japanese and Western options. I wasn't particularly thrilled with the push-button coffee machine but I am very fussy about coffee.
One day was very rainy and there weren't any more free Umbrellas by the front door. One of the employees went in a back room and got an umbrella for me to use.
The air conditioning worked great and was very quiet.
The onsen was quiet and peaceful.
La localisation était idéale.
Aucune précision concernant l’absence de lumière du jour et l’absence d’eau chaude au robinet du lavabo.
Great location, close to trains, food, shopping. The staff are wonderful. The spa facilities are a really good experience (especially for westerners) and the lounge on Level 9 (free beer) in the afternoon was great to grab a drink and some nibbles after a long day sightseeing. The guest laundry was handy.
The rooms are very tiny, and have no ventilation or windows that open.
Le quartier avec beaucoup de restaurants, la chambre , le lounge , le petit déjeuner, le Onsen .
Rien 😊
Perfect place to stay in tokyo. Away from the big trouble but more than one metro station nearby so easy acess to all the lines and sighseeing spots. Very nice area with lots of restaurants, very good restaurant. We always came back to eat at this area beceause of the good restaurants and much more calmer.
The public bath was good. The location near train lines was also good. I stayed here for work. I booked this hotel for the public bath - nice after a long flight.
The rooms are very small - the bed dominated the room, which was shabbier than the photos suggest. It felt worn and poorly ventilated with an unpleasant smell. Even with three nights there I was unable to check out the balcony because it closed so early.
