Service god, men «hotellet» er fryktelig gammelt, slitt, lytt(hørte naboen snorka hele natta) og kunne med fordel vært litt bedre renhold.

Enkel standard og slitt.
Pros:

Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt, men er veldig slitt og har enkel standard. Det er lydt mellom rommene. Badet var veldig lite med en liten dusjsone som går inntil toalettet og vasken, adskilt med dusjforheng.

Hotell har restaurant i samme bygning, lukten av maten føles også på rommet. Ingen hadde vært på resepsjon ved innkjeking, måtte vente. Ganske gamle bygning, trenger oppussing. Lys på badet virker ikke med en gang. Bagasjen til tredje etage heises med «arbeid heis»

Basic in price and comfort
Pros:

Good: location, clean, comfortanle beds.
Bad: we couldnt believe we came to the Arctic and it was hotter than Italy. Window was open, but the room was very hot.

Cheaper option in town centre.
Pros:

Quite basic but much cheaper than other hotels in Kirkenes, so this was the reason for us booking this hotel. It is actually fine, close to the town centre and convenient for a nights stay before catching the ferry or going to the airport. We had an easy walk to the cruise ferry terminal. Free coffee is a nucellus bonus and our room was fine for our short stay.

... aber man darf halt einfach auch nicht zuviel erwarten.
Ist schon etwas abgewohnt, Leselampen am Bett sind locker und nicht zum lesen geeignet.
Doppelzimmer mit einem Tisch und einem Stuhl. Matratzen etwas zu weich .
