Welllll
Pros:

The location is great you can take a walk around very easy and close to the shopping center. The food was great and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

Well. The room was small and the bed was not to good. There was a hole on the wall . I talk about it with the staff but there was nothing they can do. Disappointed about that

It was brilliant the staff were amazing and room was amazing

Perfect location
Pros:

The breakfast is not bad, but the location is amazing and the neighbourhood is peaceful, because just at the west of the building, there is a police station. There is a Lotte just 5 min walking, to the north, and it has all you need. Under the Lotte, there is a metro station that connects you everywhere easily. On weekends, on the street located at the east of the building, there are little carts of street food that are amazing and with incredibly friendly people. The views of the restaurant, which is located in the floor 24, are amazing.

While the beds were comfortable and we had a good view of the water and city from our room the facilities were disappoin

The beds were comfortable and the location was good. The staff were very helpful.

Cons:

The toilet blocked and wouldn’t flush. The laundry room had broken machines which had flooded the floor so we couldn’t do our laundry. The breakfast wasn’t great but was served in a beautiful dining room.

Pros:

橋を渡るだけでロッテモール、南浦駅があり、チャガルチ市場、国際市場、BIFF広場など歩いて動きやすいので、立地がいいと思った。
部屋からは海辺が見えるし、２２階の高層階だったので夜景もきれいだった。

Cons:

エレベーターが偶数階、奇数階に停まる設定だったので、時間によってなかなかエレベーターが来ないこともあるので、時間に余裕を持った方がいいかもしれない。

Good location, great view from the room, good value for money

Cons:

There are only 3 elevators for 34 floors, in the morning it's very difficult to get into one
A/C wasn't working in my room, it was very hot, and cleaning lady closed the window

Pros:

Pictures and descriptions provided by staff was completely underwhelming and did not justify the actually state of the property. Firstly, the elevator situation was extremely inconvenient. Having 3 elevators (2 of which were odd and even floors only) for 24 floors for so many people was ridiculous. It would take 15 min at times because the only 1 option would be full, so we would have to wait for another elevator. It was crazy and made the hotel experience worse. In addition, the room itself was not at its optimal cleanliness and when we first went in, the wifi and the TV didn’t work. They fixed it quickly though. Lastly, the laundry room was also really inconvenient as you had to take 2 separate elevators and there were only 2 washers and 2 dryers for 24 floors of people staying in one hotel. Will not return, but hopefully other people had better experiences.

Pros:

服務人員很親切，客房也比想像中的乾淨舒適。小朋友也可以架床團，很安心。房內溫度也設定得很剛好。客房清掃人員也都整理得很乾淨。位置也很方便，到鬧區不會太遠。

Cons:

前一晚小朋友吃零食掉屑屑，外出回房後依舊殘留著屑屑，有點小可惜，但沒有大礙。

Skvělé ubytování v Busanu
Pros:

Výborný poměr kvality a ceny ubytování. Bohatý výběr jídel k snídani. Krásný výhled. Ochotný personál. Obchod s potravinami součástí budovy.
