I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one.

I booked a two-night stay through Booking.com and was later charged KRW 1,036,820, which was substantially higher than the rate I expected when I made the reservation.

When I raised the issue with the hotel, I was told that the higher price was related to a BTS concert. While I understand that hotel prices can fluctuate due to demand, I booked in advance and expected the confirmed booking rate to be honored.

The lack of clarity regarding the final charges has left me disappointed and questioning the transparency of both the hotel and the booking process.

Busan is a wonderful city and Adela is prefectly located.
Pros:

The location was great with nice views of Busan city. Its was a short walk to a main shopping district, and metro station. A bus stop is also close by. The island (Yeongdo-gu) has lots of things to visit too.

Cons:

The hotel does have lots of tour bus visitors, so in the morning the Lifts are often full. Early, or better, a late breakfast avoids the rush

The location is great you can take a walk around very easy and close to the shopping center. The food was great and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

Well. The room was small and the bed was not to good. There was a hole on the wall . I talk about it with the staff but there was nothing they can do. Disappointed about that

It was brilliant the staff were amazing and room was amazing

The gym is small,there was no tea spoon for tea and the breakfast was very limited
