Holiday Inn Club Vacations Oak n Spruce Resort in the Berkshires

The amenities were okay but closing the arcade and movie theater at 7pm is very early for ones on vacation and traveling from out of town.

Locations great,facility pretty awesome, front desk lady was nice . Other workers not so much. Followed my kids around harassing them for being around the corner from me (their not 2 there 9) yelled at me for not being a helicopter parent. Not really the thing I wanted to deal with on my work vacation. Tub handle was broken on shower/tub im assuming thats what I was charged over 500 bucks for after I left....wonder how many ppl they do that to. No spatula no can opener no vacuum .... its always something.

oak n spruce Lee, MA we have stayed at this property several times but usually in warmer weather, Our unit was okay Kitchen area was a little smaller than we have had in the past Oven was not clean which I do not understand as it is a self cleaning oven instead they tried to clean it with oven cleaner and left a lot of residue so you could not use it smelled awfull when turned on so I took the time to clean with the sellf clean method after cleaning it was useable which was good most of the food we brought I need the oven unit was a 2 bedroom 2 baths with a pullout sofa bed so could sleep 6 if needed TVs were on the small stize and there was a balacony with a nice view I would stay again we did not use the pools this time but they are nice has a movie thearther too which we did not use this time would go again
but I like warmer weather

The apt was very clean but small. There is no washer or dryer in the apt although they do provide a free laundry which is in another building and a hassle overall. If your there for a week only your allowed one free set of clean towels if you have any issues and need more it's 12 dollars or you can go and wash it your self which mean you will be buying soap and driving to the laundry and waiting 2 hours to have it washed. The area has nothing to do and everything closes early definitely do not recommend. Further more the master bedroom has a very abnormal bathroom the tub is next to the bed and the sink in the room the only thing that has a door is the toilet. And to finish it off the rooms have no curtains only blinds which means the room is extremely bright as soon as the sun starts rising.

I had reserved several units for my family. We requested , in advance, to have these units near each other. This was accommodated perfectly. Thank you! We arrived late and checked in with security, he was so pleasant and accommodating, again, thank you.
We used the washing machines at the laundry center, all good. We also used the swimming pools several times, kids were vey happy. We also just happened to be in the Rec Center when there was a balloon specialist, kids loved this and showed off their balloon animals for days.
As for the units, although this is an older resort, everything seemed well maintained. All the kitchen appliances worked well, the furniture was clean and in good condition and the bed comfortable.
Conveniently located to multiple ski areas and museums.
