Perfect family stay!!
Pros:

Kids loved I the pool and hot tub
Everything was clean in the rooms were huge

It was a great Divine Mercy weekend. My family loved our townhouse because it was an unexpected gem.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Clean, airy and good for our group. Was able to cook food. AC was nice. Bathroom spacious and water pressure was strong. Linens and towels clean. Staff was helpful in carrying our luggage.

Cons:

Bed was a bit firm and 3rd floor is a lot of stairs.

Pros:

We had a wonderful time, villa and facilities were all clean. The area was great, we even extended by an extra night

Cons:

Some of the facilities, like the bar hours were not as advertised and we only found out the opening hours by a blackboard at the door

I would never stay here again
Pros:

The amenities were okay but closing the arcade and movie theater at 7pm is very early for ones on vacation and traveling from out of town.

Cons:

The pools were very cold, the rooms were out dated, the staff were very rude and ignorant. There were so many spiders and lady bugs in our room, the children were scared the entire stay. The food is horrible and over priced. No way a hot dog and icee should cost $17.

Nice facilities outside the room, always room for improvement.
Pros:

Locations great,facility pretty awesome, front desk lady was nice . Other workers not so much. Followed my kids around harassing them for being around the corner from me (their not 2 there 9) yelled at me for not being a helicopter parent. Not really the thing I wanted to deal with on my work vacation. Tub handle was broken on shower/tub im assuming thats what I was charged over 500 bucks for after I left....wonder how many ppl they do that to. No spatula no can opener no vacuum .... its always something.
