Beautiful!
Pros:

The Berskshires are beautiful. We loved the autum colors, the ambience, the landscape, the facilities. You stay in the woods but you have restaurants, stores, shopping and beautiful places only 5 mins away. The place is lovely. We took a lot of beautiful pictures on this trip. The staff give you a lot of recommendations of places, activities, restaurants which was very useful. Staff was very kind at our check in. It is an excellent option when looking to relax and enjoy a nice and beautiful quiet place.

Cons:

I am from the Caribbean so we are not used to see black bears, we arrived around 9:00pm, it was dark and cold, and as we were taking our stuff out of the car, we saw a bear wondering in a garbage container about 30ft (10mts) from us. That is not responsibility or fault of the Resort but I think it is worth mentioning so, people from other places who are not familiar with the fact that the Berkshires are the home of the 98% population of black bears be aware. They are shy and attacks are rare but, people should be cautious.

Sehr tolle Lage,schöne Anlage mit Spielplatz und Minigolf,Appartement sehr groß und geräumig,sehr zu empfehlen für Familien

Cons:

In einem Schlafzimmer befand sich ein Technikraum,welcher gerade nachts unwahrscheinlich laut war.Brummen,Summen,laut wann immer die Klimaanlage von allein anging
Der Check in dauerte leider ewig und wir mussten eine Stunde bevor wir regulär hätten ins Zimmer gekonnt,eine Gebühr bezahlen um schon rein zu können.Das ist frech.

Such a nice view and room was massive in size and very clean!! Will come back

Cons:

The people above were so loud and a party next door too. Very loud place. The beds are completely busted and we didnt sleep and had a bad neck. Reported mattresses need replacing

We were pleasantly surprised and glad to have the extra space for a friend to visit us for dinner.
Pros:

For an overnight stay, it was exceptionally spacious and well-priced — a town house for the cost of a regular room w/full-kitchen. Well-located for Stockbridge & Norman Rockwell Museum. Bring your own food or plan to drive 15-20minutes for food.

Cons:

This is a resort rather than a hotel, but well-located in the scenic Berkshires.

Pros:

If you're looking for chic, fresh, modern accomodations, this isn't your place. But if you're looking for clean, comfortable, quiet, welcoming, great value this place is the best. A little dated but super clean, huge room with a full kitchen, and living/dining room area, bedroom and 2(!) bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again!

I'd stay again, in hopes that management has resolved issues next time.
Pros:

I've stayed here many times and overall very satisfied. Great location. Friendly and efficient staff.

Cons:

Check-in computer crashes were annoying. Inside unit, light in very dark stairwell was almost non-existent. A very low wattage build on a steep and narrow staircase. Upon arrive, bag of clean linens left on doorstep, even though clean linens were already in place. Soap dispenser in shower empty.

Served our needs very well for visit yo Rockwell museum and Edith Wharton mansion
Pros:

We were in townhouse 224. It was a 2 level unit. It was comfortable and clean. We had a small kitchen area with microwave, toaster, fridge and coffee maker. We liked the table and chair area, 2 bathrooms and separate lounge area. We had a little balcony to sit on. Two tvs. This is a large, family oriented resort. We were there in October so it was relatively quiet but we could imagine it would be very busy in peak times. Families would enjoy the pools and activity areas. We used this resort as a central location for visiting Stockbridge to visit the Norman Rockwell museum and the Edith Wharton mansion and gardens. It served us very well.

No excuse for holding my funds - I will not book there again
