Great stay over all! Was a little disappointed with hot tub but the room made up for it!
Pros:

Front desk agent was fabulous! Fitz went above and beyond. I am so grateful to him and the help during my virtual graduation ceremony!

Short but overall a decent stay.
Pros:

We have been several times. This time was a short stay but it was just as comfortable as always with plenty of room in the villa.

Cons:

The big indoor pool was closed so there were a lot of people in the other room. There was another person staying in the hotel who started a fight with a bunch of kids, and then myself and my husband. It was pretty crazy and when staff finally showed up nothing was done with the lady who was harassing people.

Pros:

שקט, יפה, באיזור עם הרבה טבע. צוות יעיל ונחמד מאוד. ניתן לחנות ממש ליד החדר. מיטות מאוד נוחות ולחץ מים טוב במקלחות, מרווח ומכיל מטבח עם מיקרו, מקרר ומדיח.

Cons:

קצת מיושן מבחינת העיצוב. יש רושם שאת החדר שבו אנחנו היינו לא חידשו הרבה זמן.

Comfortable, clean, apartment-style suite with lots of amenities and great mountain views.
Pros:

Great location, full kitchen, en suite bathrooms in each bedroom, balcony, clean, bracelet "keys" made it easy to access room and amenities. Apartment-style set up is perfect for families and groups of friends traveling together. Parking was assigned and easy, views were very pretty and the property was clean and quiet.

Cons:

No elevator, amenities are a far walk and down many stairs from some units - not accessible. One bedroom had an open bathroom with the shower and sink out in the bedroom. This should be enclosed for privacy and to prevent disturbing the other person in the room. Extra pillows and towels would be nice, everything was clean and in good working order though - just what we needed.
