The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

The Lobby area was beautiful when I initially entered. The front desk agent was very nice.
The Lobby area although beautiful was not clean. There were dead bugs all over the floor leading to the dining area on one day. The floors of both elevators were nasty, there were spills in both that left a sticky residue that remained our entire stay. The hall on our floor had items on the floor that were there when we arrived and remained when we left.
It was a beautiful property but needs to be cleaned.
I booked this hotel for my son‘s birthday of our arrival I was told that the pool was not working I no longer wanted to stay there because that was the reason of the pool however I booked through booking so I asked the front desk lady if I would be able to get a refund or a credit because the pool was not working she said I had to reach out to booking which idea booking representative spoke with the front desk staff and said I was OK to leave and that my reservation will be canceled. I do have proof that my reservation was canceled and if the cameras were to be ran back you will see that I did not stay at this hotel however I still had to pay. I was not refunded or compensated in any kind of way this is not fair

The breakfast is 12.99 per room but it was a great breakfast and had plenty of great seating to choose from. The pool was great. The laundry room which was a great value and convenient. The location of the hotel was nice in that we were a short distance to many restaurants and stores. The hotel rooms were very quiet and they had many people staying but we never heard anyone while we were in our room. The staff was very nice and friendly.
The outside grounds needed some attention in that there were areas with pieces of debris/trash on the ground near the lobby.
Comfortable beds, large rooms, good water pressure in shower, step in shower. Breakfast choices.

Free parking. Location, minus the fact that there were not many options for food.
I requested an early check-in. Advised to call when I land, which I did. Told everything was good and there were no additional fee. Arrived met by passive aggressive manager Sarah, who proceeded to let me know that there was a 25 fee and she was doing me a "favor" and essentially didn't have to because I booked through a third party. I asked a clarifying question about the 25 fee and she was livid. Her posture and demeanor changed very quickly, which conveyed that she felt how dare I ask anything further. Needless to say, she reiterated that she was doing me a "favor" and in fact, went on to give some DUMB explanation that she was taking away from another guest. How is that possible; when I was told the room was ready and available? Secondly, you initially offered that your property doesn't generally do early check-in. This made no sense. She was simply making up things as she went. Once I finally got the room key, it didn't work. Then the remote for the TV didn't work.... The other issues were relative to noisy guest on the floor. It would seem these guest gathered in the middle of the hallway to talk and party. Please note this occurred both Friday and Saturday night. So there was no sleeping. The rep at the front desk said they were handling it. Nothing really changed. Horrible. .......... Also, it is highly recommended that cleaning service reexam their method for cleaning the shower. There is definitely room for improvement. Lastly, food options in the area are very limited.
