For the price.. terrible… wouldn’t pay more than 90 dollars

The staff was nice

Cons:

Tv was old and outdated and a couple channels didn’t even work, ice machine didn’t work… and the bathroom door was too heavy for my girlfriend to open and close! On top of that the wall were so thin I feel like I heard everything on my floor! And YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE BREAKFAST! The hotel right next door in the same lot is 10 times better for 10-20 more dollars… won’t ever come back

We came to Detroit to watch Mrs Doubtfire the musical and stayed here afterwards.

It was decent but not favorable. The staff was nice.

The staff was great. They were nice and accommodating.

Cons:

The place was not tidy. There were tears in the carpet in the hallways. The stairs were damaged. The elevators were dirty. The walls in my room had stains on them. The bathroom floor had visible dirt and dust. All of these things made my stay uncomfortable. This hotel needs to be deeply cleaned. It only seems to be a problem in Michigan because I’ve stayed at Holiday Inn locations in other states and they have been very neat and clean.

Ok for a night or two

Didn’t pick up trash near my room for 47 hours. I had to request removal from the hallway.

Cons:

The front entrance has begun to look trashy! Weeds, debris in the front entrance mat. Cigarette butts in the cracks of the sidewalk.The common spaces by the elevators in the room floors also need some attention. The elevator doors are streaked , the carpet spotty. Some simple attention to these spaces would be greatly appreciated

Pros:

location was good. front desk staff was great. liked the coffee in the lobby.

Cons:

didn't do breakfast buffet because no bacon on the buffet. no other option was offered in the hotel and i had to go leave the hotel and go elsewhere. also there was no body wash in the shower. i had no time to call down to have it refilled. also the bathroom lights wouldn't turn on and had to call front desk to figure out why.

Fairly clean, good location, full breakfast
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful. Zoe, in particular, helped us with some needs! Our room was clean and exactly what we needed.

Cons:

We made reservations there, in part, because they advertised having a Tesla charging station. We even requested that we be permitted time to use it and received an email acknowledging our request. Upon arrival and inquiring, we were told the chargers had not worked in months, maybe even a year. Very frustrating and disappointing!

Cons:

チェックアウト時の対応。紙の領収書を発行してもらえなかった。Eメールで10分後くらいに領収書を送ると言われ了承したが、結局いまだに送られてこない。何度もメッセージを送ったが返事もない。

Beautiful property but needs better upkeep

The Lobby area was beautiful when I initially entered. The front desk agent was very nice.

Cons:

The Lobby area although beautiful was not clean. There were dead bugs all over the floor leading to the dining area on one day. The floors of both elevators were nasty, there were spills in both that left a sticky residue that remained our entire stay. The hall on our floor had items on the floor that were there when we arrived and remained when we left.
It was a beautiful property but needs to be cleaned.
