Pros:

Very clean and friendly staff. Everything went well no issues other than not being able to connect to wifi

Cons:

The staff took my room key but didn't give it to me. I already had a reservation and paid the security deposit, but it wasn't valid. They treated me with racism and in a very rude manner. I immediately contacted management, but it was no use. They informed me that the reservation had been canceled on their end. I contacted you to confirm whether the reservation was indeed canceled or not, and I spoke with you via chat. You told me you were waiting for a response from the hotel, and I am still waiting for my money and security deposit to be refunded.
