Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Ilha Bela!
Pros:

Extrem gut geführtes Hotel! Die Tochter des Eigentümers war vor Ort, mit einem liebenswerten, umtriebigen Hund (ich mag sonst keine Hunde). Personal extrem hilfsbereit. Pool mit Poolbar. Am Abend flexibel, Caipirinha liebevoll zubereitet! Eigener Parkplatz. In Fussnähe zur Altstadt! Alles perfekt!

Pros:

A equipe era extremamente atenciosa e simpática. Além disso, achei tudo bem limpo. O café da manhã poderia ter mais coisas incluídas que nao tivessem que ser pagas por fora: ex: capuccino.

Cons:

O quarto nao realmente atendeu minhas expectativas para o valor altíssimo que paguei nas diárias no feriado. Achei pequeno, sem vista, sem charme.

Excellent room, great location, and impeccable service.
Pros:

Amazing stay, highly recommended

The room is outstanding, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool and a stunning garden. The entire property is charming and very well maintained.

The location is excellent, close to downtown and on the way to some of the best beaches on the island.

Service was impeccable throughout the stay.

Highly recommended.

Cons:

The only downside was at check-out, when a 10% additional fee was presented on top of the room rate. In my opinion, a hotel of this standard should include this cost in the nightly rate rather than adding it separately.

Although it was described as optional and intended as a tip for the staff, I found it unconvincing, since the services consumed during the stay already included service charges.

safe, clean resort. excellent staff. close to downtown

The staff was exceptional. They helped with a medical issue, contacted physician and local pharmacy. The rooms were very clean. air conditioning worked well. felt very safe around the hotel. breakfast was very good. wifi was very good.
