We would absolutely stay there again.
Pros:

Loved the location near the ferry dock. It is a very nice, clean apartment freshly painted, light and airy with a slightly wider balcony with a great view of the bay. We ran into a ferry problem and the host was very understanding, and helped us work it out.

Cons:

Sadly as someone else mentioned, the spiral staircase is very tight that leads up to a beautiful, very large, roof top deck that otherwise is a perfect place to enjoy Lipari.

Bonne adresse
Pros:

Appartement rénové, très propre avec une grande armoire pour ranger ses affaires. Très bien situé quasiment en face de l'embarcadère, à 2 pas de la rue principale. Nous avons bien dormi, c'était calme. Belle terrasse.

Cons:

il y a une cuisine mais aucun aliment de base (huile, sel...)

Voor een alleen reizende is dit een perfecte plek, alles op loopafstand en centrum stadje.

Ligging van de locatie is heel centraal en met aansluitingen in openbaar vervoer, schip, en taxi etc.

Pros:

Camera spaziosa. La struttura offre la possibilità di servizi aggiuntivi come cucina comune, acqua microfiltrata e spazi comuni evetuaali pasti.

Cons:

Nella stanza non prendeva il wifi, e alcuni cuscini erano molto duri.

Posizione strategica immersa nel silenzio dei vicoli dell isola ma centrale per ogni esigenza. Gentilezza e professionalità dello staff. Accolti all'arrivo al porto ci hanno portato alla struttura che dista solo 2 minuti a piedi. Il balcone ha la vista nel caratteristico vicolo eoliano e la terrazza è un momento di vero relax.

Friendly personal reception far earlier than official check-in. It was wonderful to get so much useful information in English. The room was lovely and so was the roof terrace with the little kitchen!
