Pros:

Struttura in pieno centro proprio di fronte al molo dove arrivano gli aliscafi da Milazzo e a 15 minuti a piedi per Marina Corta, il porto da cui partono le escursioni per le isole. L’appartamento è pulito, nuovo e molto accogliente.
Lo staff gentilissimo e disponibile, al check-in ci è venuto a prendere al porto e accompagnato in struttura. Al check-out abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli in reception, a 5 min a piedi dall’appartamento.
Sicuramente un punto di riferimento, se dovessimo ritornare a Lipari!

Logement confortable, agréable, et très bien situé

Appartement vaste , très confortable et bien équipé. Deux climatisations très efficaces
Dans une petite ruelle piétonne calme , comportant un excellent restaurant
Terrasse avec vue sur la ville et le port
Excellente situation : à 300 m du port, et au début de la rue principale

Cons:

Pas toujours du monde à la réception ; il a fallu appeler pour obtenir les clés.
pourtant, nous avions averti de notre horaire d'arrivée.
Cela dit l'accueil est très agréable...

Pros:

Das Apartment befindet sich in der Nähe des Hafens und ist fußläufig in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Es liegt in einer kleinen Seitenstraße direkt an der Hauptstraße auf der man wirklich alles finden kann wie Supermärkte und jegliche Art von Geschäften sowie Gastronomie. Deshalb Apartment war sehr groß und sehr sauber. Auf dem Dach befindet sich eine wunderschöne Terrasse von der aus man den Hafen sieht und rundherum die Hügel und Berge der Insel. Die Terrasse ist sogar mit einer kleinen Küche ausgestattet sowie genügend Tischen führen und Sesseln um dort einen schönen Abend zu verbringen. Es hat mir so sehr gefallen dass ich direkt ein weiteres Mal für in zwei Monaten gebucht habe.

Ottima posizione. Bella la terrazza anche per mangiare la sera. Staff gentile e disponibile. Rapporto qualità prezzo a giugno elevato.

Non ho ricordi negativi specifici. Forse era assente la zanzariera che potrebbe tornare utile

Full opcja. Właściciel przybył po nas do portu, pokazał apartament, opowiedział, gdzie warto pojechać, co zobaczyć. I najlepsze - jak skończyła nam się doba(10.00), mogliśmy bagaże zostawić w ich biurze, pospacerować po miasteczku, wykąpać się w morzu, wrócić po bagaże i jeszcze skorzystać z prysznica.
Dodam, że właściciel przemiły i chętny do pomocy.
Apartament bardzo ładny, czysty. Nad apartamentem piękny, podświetlony taras z widokiem na port i miasteczko. Byliśmy naprawdę zachwyceni ❤️

Pros:

Ottima posizione, proprio davanti al porto e vicinissima alla via centrale. La camera dispone di tutti i comfort e il piccolo cucinino a disposizione è un plus non da poco se si vuole preparare qualcosa al volo da portare in spiaggia. L'appartamento ha anche una terrazza bellissima vista mare con qualche tavolo e divanetto. Al check out abbiamo anche potuto lasciare gratuitamente i bagagli in reception e passare la mattinata comodamente al mare.
Consiglio vivamente di alloggiare qui!
