Pros:

Super Lage direkt am Hafen/ Hauptstraße/ Innenstadt, ohne dass es störend laut gewesen ist.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr flexibel, Abholung am Hafen, Check-in und Check-out direkt in der Wohnung.

Wohnung ausreichend groß, Kochgelegenheit, tolle Dachterrasse.

Pros:

Alles blitzsauber. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Lage am Hafen und sehr nahe an der Innenstadt, ohne dass es übermäßig laut ist. Küche dabei, wurde von uns nur 1x genutzt. Viele Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe. Tägliche Reinigung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit Abholung am Hafen, Check-in direkt in der Ferienwohnung. Sehr zentrale Lage. Tolle Dachterrasse. Bar und Lebensmittelmarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Tägliche Reinigung der Unterkunft. Check-out wieder ganz unkompliziert in der Wohnung.

Parfait pour un séjour à Lipari !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l’appartement était très bien situé à côté du port. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse et la proximité avec le centre de Lipari. Merci d’être venu nous chercher au port à notre arrivée!

Pros:

Avevamo la camera 105. Stanza pulitissima, letti e cuscini comodi. Il ragazzo alla reception è stato super gentile. È compresa una terrazza ad uso esclusivo con angolo cottura, macchina del caffè con capsule o moka con barattolino del caffè. In pieno centro di Lipari e a 2 passi dal porto, è in una posizione eccezionale.

Appartement au rez-de-chaussée dans rue pietonne. Calme. Très propre. Bien équipé. A 100 m du port.
Rue pietonne à quelques mètres. Carmelo est venu nous accueillir au port.

Libertà in una struttura bella in Lipari bella
Pros:

La cura dei particolari in tutti gli ambienti eccezionale la pulizia impeccabile. La possibilità di godersi un aperitivo o un caffè o anche cenare in una splendida terrazza con vista sul mare .la cucina in comune con tutto quanto serve.la posizione perfetta per tutte le attività.il personale ed il titolare gentilissimi. Ci torneremo.

Great location. Easy communication with owner. Problematic shower but resolvable with owner
Pros:

Someone met me at the port and check me in. It was great.
The room is on the second floor so you can open the window.
There is a terrace but the temperature was too cold then to use. The fridge is in the terrace and I wish that it was in my room.
Nearby there are many restaurants.
There is a trail nearby on Alltrails app that I found and this place is perfect to do that 6 miles trail. This city is so well connected to all the nearby islands . This property is great place as you are only minutes away from the port.
If I ever go back to Lipari, this would be a perfect base to explore other islands.

Cons:

The following is easily resolvable had I texted the owner. My fault. I was too lazy.
I had issues with shower temperature. I couldn’t control it . It was either too hot or too cold.I could have contacted the owner. He is mostly available and always helpful . The owner sought to help anyway they could.
The first day someone emptied my garage which was so nice as I ate fruit and the garage needed to be emptied. The second night I noticed someone entered the terrace through my room but she didn’t empty it. But this is no big deal really. Minor minor things. I could have emptied it myself.
