Great staff and this hotel is a good value vs nearby hotels.
Pros:

Mr. McKnight, the night manager, gave me the type of room I requested that evening. On the top floor, away from the elevators, because I am a very light sleeper. He also had to deal with an unreasonable guest that arrived after us, demanding immediate attention while the computer had to be restarted, saying "I am a Platinum member!" Mr. McNight was calm and patient with her.
He was also at the desk the next morning for my check out, which went without a cinch.

Clean and convenient

Cons:

Got ignored by staff as I stood literally at counter and the only person in the lobby. Then when I asked “do you work here?” I got attitude back.

I would definitely stay there again
Pros:

Quality hotel, spacious, comfortable rooms, good breakfast selection

Cons:

1. Nobody manning the front desk when I needed to check out… For a 20 minute span.
2. The shower in room 415 leaks. After a 10 minute shower, standing water all over the bathroom floor. Isolated maintenance issue.

Pros:

The rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The whole experience was very nice. It was affordable. I would definitely stay again.

Cons:

At night, there was a noise inside the wall where the toilet water pipes were.
