We spent 5 nights at this hotel, very centrally located. While the room was upto expectations, there were several shortcomings in level of service. In-room dining experience was below the Mariott standards. The dishes came incomplete and portion sizes way below the norm. And more disgusting was the bad body odour of the person delivering the food. Management should ensure the staff are made aware of this to avoid raising complaints on a subject that is delicate and of personal nature. A special shout out goes to Mr Gurmeet for taking good care of our special needs at breakfast.

The hotel is offset from the roads, so the noisy Indian traffic is reduced. The grounds are lovely and the hotel opens up in a big welcoming atrium. The room was new looking, comfortable with working bathroom. Northing amiss there. Breakfasts had a wide choice and were well made.

The Presidential Suite was truly exceptional, boasting a commanding vista and an impressive sense of space. The hotel’s overall atmosphere was delightful, complemented perfectly by a staff that was both warm and exemplary in their service. Though my visit was brief, I found the Club Lounge to be a lovely retreat, though perhaps a touch more variety in the offerings wouldn't go amiss. My only slight niggle for the management: the lifts appear to have a mind of their own, stopping at every floor regardless of whether anyone is waiting. It’s a bit of a tedious affair, though it didn't overshadow an otherwise wonderful stay.
Food was good pizza, Sandwich and cheese pasta was great, good ambiance and service staff form parking to the restaurant were great. Our server Rahul was great help in choosing the delicious meals.
