Great rooms and hospitality
Pros:

Overall a very satisfactory experience. We were glad we chose this property. Stayed in club rooms overlooking pool. We had 4 meals at the hotel itself and all turned out to be great , all customisation requests were entertained and fulfilled to perfection. The property is well staffed , which is well trained and enthusiastic. Beautiful pool and restaurant areas.
Just one suggestion - They must add children play zone or play room.

Great hotel in a great city Indore !
Pros:

Ravi Ranjan F&B Manager took really personal care of our families requirements since we had Sr Citizens with us.
Riya took extra effort to make the stay memorable for my Mom Dads as it was there 50th wedding anniversary!!

Locational advantage
Pros:

We spent 5 nights at this hotel, very centrally located. While the room was upto expectations, there were several shortcomings in level of service. In-room dining experience was below the Mariott standards. The dishes came incomplete and portion sizes way below the norm. And more disgusting was the bad body odour of the person delivering the food. Management should ensure the staff are made aware of this to avoid raising complaints on a subject that is delicate and of personal nature. A special shout out goes to Mr Gurmeet for taking good care of our special needs at breakfast.
