After checking in, it was obvious the room was not cleaned well. There was a dry spill on the floor and stains on the bathroom sink and desk. Once I checked out and had to go back to the room to retrieve a forgotten item, I saw a gentlemen only making the bed instead of stripping the sheets. This gave me the inkling that they reuse sheets if not obviously dirty. Lobby staff were excellent, however.
We returned to A,Arab after our European trip and after an 11 hour overnight flight we arrived at the hotel at around 8am and were exhausted. Rey on the front desk was marvellous. He understood our dilemma and went to work trying to find us the earliest check in. By 9.30am we had our room clean and ready for us. The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable and enormous. The room was exactly like the photos and internet access was quick and reliable. We were within walking distance from Platinum mall and baioke towers shopping area (both excellent places to find a bargain).

Nice hotel. Very handy to Ratchaparup train station. Walking distance to Platinum Mall. Staff are very pleasant and attentive although it seemed only the lady on reception could speak English. We phoned up for some ice to be sent to our room and they kept asking what we wanted with our rice. Then someone turned up with a spare blanket. We did eventually get the ice though. The TV wasn’t working when we got to our room and unable to fix it they left us with a keyboard to navigate the channels.
The room was clean but the lights on one side of the bed did not work. We were given no soap or liquid body wash so we bought our own from the 7eleven close by. The meal selection was average so we ate out most nights.

This hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly. The view from the rooftop pool and restaurant is great and the breakfast is tasty. I would have rated this hotel at least a 4, however the night before checking out the hotel informed me I would be charged 200BHT for a stained wash towel. The wash towel was not stained but was dirty due to the fact that my feet got dirty from walking in Temples with shoes and socks.
Good location and very nice hotel. The hotel staff were really the shining star during our stay! Everyone was so friendly, helpful and warm. We enjoyed the pool to cool off after a long day of exploring the city. The breakfast was wonderful too. We will stay here again when we return!

An excellent small hotel with an easy access to the Airport line. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Friendly staff and clean facilities.
Good location
After the earthquake, we couldn't reenter the hotel, so we lost that night's stay. The following day, when we were allowed to retrieve our belongings, that stay was not refunded either.

Bangkok was the first stop in our trip, and I really liked that this hotel was close to a lot of the activities we planned. The whole interior was top tier, and the rooms were so beautiful. It was such a relief to step into the quiet of the hotel after the hustle and bustle of all the activities. The rooftop bar was also such a great addition. We had drinks one night and just stayed for a few hours taking in the scene and lights. 10/10 would recommend!

Comfortable and easy place to use as our "home base." Staff went above and beyond to be helpful, and we needed plenty of help as first-time travellers to Thailand.

This hotel is such a gem. Walking distance to Ratchaprarop station means hasle-free commute from the Suvarnabhumi Airport to the hotel. Aside from that, this property is a walkable distance to the Pratunam shopping district which is sooo appreciated, especially if you love their morning wholesale market.
Additional to the location, the hotel itself has warm and friendly front desks and an amazing hospitality (free afternoon snack prior to check in). The gym was pretty decent too.
Overall, I would definitely come here again!!
This was a wonderful Hotel with beautiful rooms and fantastic staff, who were extremely helpful. We enjoyed the Rooftop Bar and Restaurant where we drank and ate for the one evening we stayed there. We didn't use the rooftop pool but it's next to the bar and the views at night with the city lit up are super!
