Olor a moho y humedad brutal en la habitación, jamás volveré.

El personal nos subió las maletas a la habitación, fueron muy amables en el cheking y la ubicación del hotel es excelente, cerca de los templos principales y de los transportes!!

Cons:

La habitación fue horrible, la peor de todo el viaje a Japón, hacía una humedad tremenda incluso con el aire acondicionado, no secaba nada. El olor a moho al entrar te entraban ganas de vomitar. estaba todo chorreando, la moqueta del suelo, las sábanas... Ni con el purificador de aire, ni con el aire acondicionado a tope se secaba nada... Nuestras maletas y todo su contenido se mojaron y olía fatal todo nuestro equipaje limpio. Fue horrible. Y nunca había nadie en recepción a las horas que entrabamos o salíamos para dar las quejas. No volvería jamás.

A perfect place to stay for a Kyoto visit.
Pros:

The location couldn’t have been better. It was right in the middle of Gion and walkable to many of the key Kyoto spots. The subway and bus routes to all of the other major attractions was less than a 5 minute walk.

The rooms were large by Japanese standards and incredibly comfortable. The staff was polite and easy to communicate with.

Konumu harika. Odalar geniş. Kyotonun tam merkezinde bir otel.

Cons:

Personeller çok soğuk. Japonyada gördüğümüz en ilgisiz ve soğuk kişiler buradaydı.

Pros:

The hotel was in a great location, close to many restaurants, the subway, and the bus stop. The room was a good size, especially considering the local standards. The room was fairly clean, but there were a few areas that could have been cleaned better. Please pay more attention to cleanliness. The staff were very friendly and professional, and they kindly let us leave our luggage before check-in.

スタッフの方々が感じ良く、機会あれば又利用したい！
Pros:

判り易い場所で移動にも大変便利。賑やかな場所でも静かで良かった。チェックイン前やアウト後に荷物を預かって戴けた。

Cons:

バストイレ別で選んだが、洗面台がユニットバス内で　利用し難かった。
