"Hôtel extrêmement bien situé. La chambre était d'une propreté irréprochable et très bien optimisée. Malgré l'animation du quartier, le calme est absolu à l'intérieur. Le Wi-Fi fonctionne parfaitement et le check-in a été très rapide. Je recommande sans hésiter pour explorer la ville facilement

I will recommend the hotel to my family and friends who want visiting Kyoto.
Pros:

Every thing is well set up. The bed and bedding are very comfortable. We have everything need. The location is convenient for travel with bus and train. Many facilities within walking distance.

Cons:

There was bad smell from the indoor slippers rack. And the back ally was noisy sometimes.

Great Value and Location
Pros:

A perfect location. Rooms are spacious compared with most "budget" choices in Japan. Staff is helpful. Everything is very clean. Inexpensive laundry facilities. Stayed 9 days and was very comfortable.
