＊The extra bet has not prepared in advance. They prepared after we checked in. No good.
＊We booked total 3 but they prepared only for 2 persons of amenities, towels, glasses, etc. No good.

Great location in Udon

Väldigt rent och väldoftande rum. Dock lite lägre standard men absolut värt kostnaden för vistelsen. Väldigt liten balkong. Personalen var trevlig och det fanns bil/mc-parkering inne på hotellområdet.

Comfortable stay in new hotel steps away from Central Udon Thani. Rooms clean and nicely decorated. Better take a room with balcony.

Near night -bars... Too much sound (voicy) around. Bar girls and ladyboys shout and screem on the street. Flies disturb... TV channells are not enough.

It seems there's nothing wrong with Expedia reservation, but the UD Capital didn't check for some time, so when I checked in, they were not aware of my reservation. All rooms were full, but fortunately one room became available as of a sudden cancel. Otherwise I would had to sleep on a road. The room is okay as of the price though. It's better to call them directly before you check-in and make sure that they'll see your Expedia reservation.

Good overall stay but reception muddle up reservation which 1 night was cancelled and thought the entire stay was cancelled as travel plans were not definite.

Really great hote for the price! There was a leak in the bathroom though that we stayed in which was annoying. I was only there for one night so didn’t bother to ask for a new room or anything. Staff was great and rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great shower too!

this hotel is new but of poor lay out the balcony to small and you have to go though the bath room to get to it,no storage to put your clothes ok for one night rooms a bit on the small size no porter no in house phone for room to room .the wifi good air con good

Stay only one night and fall in love with this hotel easy access to everything transportation food nightlife night market friendly staff superb breakfast nothing to complain
