Hotel and its services are terrible. AC not working, no cleaning done, no hot water catle, no complimentary water bottle. Room service is terrible. Washrooms are so dirty and stinking that you can not use them. I would not give rating in negative or zero star hence giving one star

Not so good
The location of the property is very good. And it has decent amenities but the towels are too old. The biggest problem is the staff manager and his attitude. We had to extend our stay so we booked for another day through the Orbitz app and got the confirmation too. But the manager did not honor the extension saying they send an email to Expedia about not taking any more reservations from this app. He was very rude saying we can't do anything as we have to talk to Orbitz about the reservation on cancel the reservation. After cancelling the reservation, we did not get any refund. Now we have to talk to the customer service of Orbitz after returning back to US.
