I had a quite enjoyable stay at this hotel. Everything I need is almost all there in the room, truly appreciated.
Room amenities were great …washer,safe,etc
Room was clean and the hotel was quiet. Having a laundry machine in the room was amazingly convenient. The location is nicely positioned for tourists.
Very convenient location. Lots of dining places and shopping within 10~15 mins walk plus walking distance to Sapporo TV Tower, Nijo Market, Odori Station, Tanukikoji Shopping Street and Susukino.
Washer/dryer in room was useful with good instructions in English.
Downside is room is rather small with very limited space and no wardrobe/clothes closet. Had to "live out of suitcase" and kept clothes in luggage under the bed.
Room is bit of small for the price
In room laundry is especially useful, as we have stayed for 15 days. It's within 10 minutes walking time to many major shopping areas. My wife has even got her hair styling at a nearby superb hair stylist.
This is an excellent place with comfortable rooms. Netflix on the tv. Breakfast is superb with lovely salmon and scrambled eggs.
Location is very convenient, with an entrance to Odori station right around the corner from the hotel. The room was also clean, very quiet, and had all the amenities we needed. Staff was friendly and spoke English very well.
The washing machine in the room made laundry convenient. The location is great for exploring Sapporo.
Staff helped us complete a Yamato transfer service form to send our luggage to our next destination.
It was nicer than we expected. It’s a small hotel for sure. The room was small too, but very efficient and cozy. We liked it s as lot. Nice and helpful staff, very close to shopping and dining.

Really great place. We enjoyed location, good and effective service. Really a lot of places to explore near the hotel. Easy access to Odori and Sapporo station.
In room washer/dryer is a rare find. Comes in handy during hot summer so no need to carry around smelly laundry while traveling!

Centralized location, clean hotel and great staff made our stay enjoyable. We really love having a washer and dryer in our room! Will stay at this location again if ever in Sapporo in the future.
We had to change the room because of the funny smell, then when I put something on the base of the bedside shelf, it was covered with very thick dust.
It was very difficult to adjust the AC to make it comfortable, we ended up not getting enough sleep for the entire stay.
The location is good and the staff are friendly though.

Excellent new hotel at Sapporo (not Sapporo-Odori), location was great. Just 2 blocks from the shopping district. Close to subway, and airport bus. Staffs were friendly. Best thing is having a washer dryer in the room to do laundry and it’s free! Highly recommended!
