Great stay in a beautiful centrally located hotel
Pros:

The hotel was perfectly located to easily explore Riga. The rooms were comfortable and the decor had a lot of character. The hotel was dog friendly and provided food and water bowls plus a small bed. Breakfast was a major highlight-it was the most incredible buffet spread I think I’ve seen! I will definitely stay here again!

Pros:

Schönes Haus, makellos sauber, herzlicher Service. Ein wirklich angenehmer Aufenthalt ohne den kleinsten Kritikpunkt – klare Empfehlung.

Erinomainen sijainti ja aamupala
Pros:

Aamupala oli loistava! SPA osasto aikuisille ilta-aikaan oli kiva lisä lomalle. Sijainti oli loistava vanhan kaupungin ja jugend alueen välissä.

Cons:

Kylpyammeen viemäri ja pesuallas oli tukossa eikä vesi tahtonut kulkea pois. Kylpyamme toimi paremmin kun pyysimme respassa tukoksen avaamista.

Bellissimo Hotel!
Pros:

L'hotel è molto bello, la colazione varia e soddisfacente, con tanti prodotti dolci che in Europa è più difficile trovare. La camera comoda e il bagno funzionale. I servizi sono veloci e ineccepibili, molto gentile il personale di pulizia. In complesso tornerei in questo hotel, anche per la vicinanza allo splendido parco che porta alla città vecchia.

Cons:

Il personale al check in e check out un po' freddo per come siamo abituati noi italiani, ma cortese.

Lovely location, but not a five star hotel. Manage your expectations.

Cons:

This is, in my opinion, not a five star hotel. Which is where my expectations were set. A five star hotel room has a minibar… and does not have a wall mounted white hair dryer and wall mounted shampoo etc.

The room was prone to shaking, unsure if this was related to traffic outside or something else.
