Pros:

Beautiful hotel - rooms are a great size, nice decor and a wealth of amenities. Spa was a great bonus and I enjoyed using the pools, steam room and sauna!

All staff encountered were pleasant and friendly!

Fabulous hotel in perfect location
Pros:

Cleanliness, beautifully furnished, great size bedroom, good breakfast included, old town within easy walking distance, helpful and friendly staff.

Cons:

Water pressure but was being maintained during our stay

Pros:

THe breakfast and SPA were exceptional! The hotel location and overall service was also perfect. There is also a superb restaurant SNOB right in the hotel

Ripaus luxusta junior sviitissä. Erinomainen aamupala. Saimme huoneen / sisäänkirjautumisen huomattavan aikaisin aamulla kun oli vapaana.

Cons:

Spa osastolla useita mukavia saunoja, mutta saunassa ei ollut löylyn heitto välineitä lainkaan ja näitä etenkin suomalaiset ovat tottuneet saunassa käyttämään.

Cons:

What I didn’t like about the property:
The pre-authorized (blocked) amount on my card was not released after checkout. In my experience with other hotels, this amount is usually unblocked shortly after departure. My bank confirmed that the release depends on the hotel’s action. I found this situation disappointing and would have appreciated a faster resolution.
