Pros:

Extremely good all round. Great location, great room, extremely clean, amazing breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. I’d stay here again if I returned to Riga and I’d recommend it to any friends or family heading there.

Aivan ihana hotelli lähellä puistoja ja vanhaa kaupunkia.
Loistava palvelu, super ihana aamiainen ja niin hyvä sänky nukkua.
Huhtikuussa ei ollut ruuhkaa, joten kuntosalilla ja spa-osastolla oli hyvin tilaa.

An 11 out of 10.
Pros:

Exceptional. The hotel is beautiful and immaculate, perfectly located between two picturesque parks (and 3 min walk to old town), and large, comfy, ornate rooms. However, the staff really make this an 11 out of 10 hotel- they really are invested in making sure you are happy and cared for. I was even celebrating something personal, and they made efforts to make it extra special. This is what sets them apart. I personally thank the staff training team, and the staff themselves, for making this a top-notch hotel (comparing to hotels all over the world). I've only ever said this about one other hotel (and I don't often write ratings), but I would not even consider staying anywhere else in Riga- I would return without a single hesitation. Perfect hotel.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, hat großzügige Zimmer und generell ein hervorragendes Service.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichlich, abwechslungsreich und immer frisch.
Der SPA-Bereich ist gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Im SPA-Bereich wären Ruheliegen vorteilhaft gewesen.

Oikein positiivinen kokemus.
Pros:

Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä, sisustus kaunis. Huoneesta ja kylpyhuoneesta näkymä puistoon. Aamiaisella huomioitiin erikoisruokavaliot (gluteeniton, maidoton) ja pyydettäessä keittiö valmisti esim. oman puuron ja munakkaan. Vegaanista juustoa sai pyydettäessä. Palvelu oli erittäin ystävällistä.

Great stay in Riga!
Pros:

- Great location right opposite the park....you can walk to all major sites in ten minutes or less.
- Very friendly, attentive and accommodating staff.
- Plentiful and generous breakfast offering - one of the best we have ever had.
- Very nice individual toiletries but wall mounted offerings would perhaps result in less waste?
- Appreciated the complimentary daily water.
- Good selection in the minibar, fair prices.

Cons:

- Mattress a little too hard for our personal preference.
- Water pressure in shower could have been better (Room 224)
- As other guests have noted, the temperature of the scrambled eggs could have been hotter.
- Would have been nice to have had a small sofa in the room instead of one desk chair and one other chair

Pros:

Tolles Frühstück, viel Auswahl. Tolles Restaurant mit phantastischen Gerichten. Das ganze Personal einfach super freundlich und engagiert. Sehr gut ausgebildete Masseurin, schöne Atmosphäre in den Behandlungsräumen.

Cons:

Der Bereich der Sauna und des Pools war stets überfüllt. Zu viele Kinder. Laute Erwachsene. Dort war keine Erholung möglich. Man müsste eine Beschränkung der Personen machen oder auf Ruhe hinweisen.
