The worst service.
Cons:

The owner is demanding that you pay triple the original price in cash and is refusing to honour your Booking.com reservation. They also claimed that the lifts and other facilities are not working and suggested relocating you to a different Airbnb property.

I would not recommend at all.

The property was clean and well maintained, however the work staff was extremely rude. I called the hotel to tell me where the hotel was located and the guy on the phone started bullying me for not knowing where the hotel was. Why answer a phone call if you don’t want to answer it. Later, when i arrived in the hotel i had the same experience by the other hotel staff. Incredibly rude. I booked a room that could accommodate more than 2 people and the guy wouldn’t let me have visitors over without charging double for the room as if I was booking another room. Incredibly frustrating experience and i travel a lot.

Pros:

We stayed for one night, and the accommodation served that purpose well enough. The room itself was good and clean, with working air-conditioning and a comfortable bed. It was located in a quiet neighbourhood but surprisingly close to a buzzing city life with plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from along Rruga e Kavajës.

Cons:

The bathroom was divided with a wall from the next-door bathroom. The separating wall was located in the middle of the window, which left an open gap between the two spaces. So, no soundproofing. Luckily, the quest next door was quite an avid singer....
On the contrary to the information given on Booking.com, there was no breakfast service at the hotel. Only a prepacked croissant was available for an extra charge if pre-ordered.

Pros:

A very good room—clean, quiet, and comfortable. The welcome was warm and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. I was greeted by a young boy, whom I sincerely thank. Highly recommended!
