Kahvaltı ve ilgi çok iyi. Otel temiz ve konforlu. Eksiklik olarak gördüğüm şunlar.
Odaya kettle çay kahve konabilir.
Mini bardaki su ücretsiz olabilir.
Birçok otel bu hizmeti sunmaktadır.

Bayramda Gaziantep'e gitmemek lazımmış. her yer kapalı, otellerde eleman sayısı az. Suit odada kaldık. temizlik vasat . yataklar fena değil. klimaları çalışıyordu. her iki odada da ayrı klima ve tv vardı. eşyalar biraz eskimiş. klozetin sifonunda arıza vardı, eleman hemen gelip baktı düzeltti ama bu kez de sürekli su sızıntısı oldu yere havlu atarak banyonun kuru kalmasına çalıştık.
Konumu iyi, otoparkı var, aşina lokantası hemen yürüme mesafesi.
sabah kahvaltı malzemeleri erkenden bitmişti. ama en azından salonda müşterilerle ilgilenen bir sorumlu var ve elinden geldiğince yardımcı oluyor. Çayı kötü.

Oda ücretlerine göre iyi bir otel. Bizimle beraber kalan onlarca aile de vardı.

I had amazing two nights at this hotel it has a friendly staff. They are good at dealing with children. When you enter the lobby you will get amazed by the loveliness and prosperity of the decorations, in which it gives you a positive first impression. The room was specious and well lightwd, and bathroom was clean and well structured. The breakfast is free. Serve yourself is the best part of it!

The hotel reception staff are fantastic! They even gave us a better deal then what was offered online. It still worked out to be expensive though. The room is very spacious, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was a traditional Turkish breakfast and lovely.

Royal Gaziantep Hotel , it's one of the beautiful hotels in Gaziantep, its privileged location, and the distinctive service from the hotel staff, makes you go there whenever you think of visiting Gaziantep,
So I would advise all friends to go there when visiting the Gaziantep city.

The staff in the hotel are not good, I lost my clothes when I took them to the laundry, most don't speak English, (and the very rude). Their showers is quite small, and the rooms on the west side and quite noisy since they are bordering the highway.
