Don’t book ANYwhere else. This is the perfect place to stay in Torun!
Pros:

Everything was exceptional. The staff were warm and accommodating, the amenities abundant—highlighted by a beautiful breakfast—and the room impeccably clean. I especially enjoyed the rooftop for its views and quiet, and the bar made for a perfect afternoon retreat. They excel at making guests feel welcome; on departure, I was even given a lovely bottle of Chardonnay.

The owner struck a rare balance of being present yet unobtrusive—one day clearing tables in the breakfast area (before I realized who he was), and another stepping in to help me with a loaner bike. A genuinely humble and generous host.

Udany pobyt Hotel spełnił wszystkie oczekiwania piękne miejsce

Hotel w znakomitej lokalizacji, mega czysty , wszystko na wysokim poziomie, na dole znajduje się restauracja , a jeszcze nizej restauracja która serwuje śniadania, Śniadania są przepyszne.

Cons:

W całym Toruniu nie ma gdzie zaparkować no ale to nie wina hotelu, Hotel oferuje miejsce parkingowe przed samym Hotelem sa 3 miejsca koszt za dobę 90 zł

Great hotel and location can’t be beat
Pros:

The location and view from the room were both amazing. The room was a good size. The windows opened wide. The breakfast was excellent and had hot and cold items. The staff were also very friendly.

Cons:

The fridge, bedside lamp and other lamp in the room were all broken.

Toruń: město Koperníka, perníku a pamětihodností.
Pros:

Toruň byla první destinací na naší cestě po Polsku, kde jsme strávili 3 dny objevováním města a 3 noci ve velice příjemném hotelu s milým personálem. Vždy si vybíráme hotel pokud možno v centru s možností parkování buď v hotelu nebo poblíž. Tady jsme to měli přímo před hotelem na vyhrazených místech. Hotel je velmi pěkně zrekonstruovaný historický měšťanský dům přímo v srdci Starého Města. Z okna jsme viděli na dům Koperníka a možná proto se jmenuje Hotel Nicolaus. Pokoj byl dostatečně velký, postel pohodlná, přikrývka lehká a přitom teplá a velká. Večer nás personál přijemně překvapil, když jsme v hotelovém baru jako ubytovaní hosté měli občerstvení zdarma. Bohatý snídaňový bar byl ještě doplněn možností teplého jídla přímo na přání, což jsme nevyužili, protože všeho bylo dostatek. Určitě se tam ještě vrátíme.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Nicolaus Toruń. The hotel is beautiful and in a very central location. My room had a lovely small balcony, which I really enjoyed. The owner was very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Bateria umywalkowa w łazience , niby wizualnie ale jest to fatalny patent , odkręcanie i zakręcanie w dolnej części baterii , kiedy jest mokra od wody to zakręcenie czy odkręcenie wody sprawia dużą trudność, być może moja złapała trochę osadu co potęgowało problem. Mało logiczne sterowanie oświetleniem w pokoju.Jednak największy moim zdaniem minusem budującym w moich oczach negatywny jednak obraz obiektu to właściciel rugający pracowników i to jeszcze przy gościach hotelowych - max nie profesjonalne zachowanie i byłem tym zszokowany , szczerze szkoda mi było dziewczyn z obsługi ponieważ były bardzo sympatyczne i widać było że się starały ale właściciel to niestety jakiś prostak a ja współczuje pracującym dziewczynom że muszą znosić jego humory..
