Cons:

O quarto não possui Wi-Fi. O recepcionista Daniel, muito atencioso, tentou de tudo para que eu pudesse ter acesso à internet; inclusive inseriu uma rede oculta, que infelizmente não funcionou. De qualquer forma, não pude trabalhar no quarto sem internet, o que me prejudicou bastante. As demais pessoas da recepção não têm perfil de recepcionista, o que demonstra claramente um hotel sem administração adequada. Péssima experiência.

Pros:

Quarto tamanho excelente , cama de casal ótima em tamanho e conforto , limpeza do banheiro excelente ! Um dos poucos hotéis da Rede Ibis que me surpreendeu ! Café da manhã é excelente também e muito próximo ao shopping de Uberlândia facilitando em termos de alimentação!

Atendeu minhas necessidades com conforto.

Localização excelente. Funcionários muito cordiais e educados, acima da média comparado a outros hotéis que já frequentei. Muito acolhedores.

Cons:

Eu precisei de pasta de dente tarde da noite e não tinha a venda na recepção do hotel. Talvez fosse interessante ter esse tipo de produto de perfumaria disponível para emergências assim. Também não gostei do travesseiro. De resto excelente.

Ótima localização, só atravessar a rua esta no Shopping!! Limpeza ok, funcionários ok , estacionamento ok. Nada para reclamar !! Quarto enorme e banheiro limpo.

Atendeu as expectativas, mas a manutenção dos quartos deve ser observada.
Pros:

O café da manhã do Íbis é muito bom, como em todas as vezes que estive no hotel. A localização é muito boa próxima das áreas para onde preciso me deslocar.

Cons:

O quarto está com o mobiliário desgastado necessitando de reforma. O papel de parede em vários pontos estava descolando. Há poucas tomadas no quarto e algumas ainda são do padrão antigo necessitando adaptador.
