Cons:

O banheiro é péssimo! 0 privacidade, Sanitário em um ambiente, chuveiro em outro, pia do lado de fora! Desnecessário essa configuração, causando total falta de privacidade caso vá em casal ou em dupla.

O estacionamento terceirizado precisa melhorar. Considerei muito caro para o serviço, pois há poucas vagas, fazendo que os carros fiquem travados, o que causa uma demora muito grande na hora de retirar os carros, havia uma grande fila de hóspedes reclamando da demora na retirada do carro.
