Recepcionista disse que eu não tinha essa reserva feita e me forçou a reserva direto pelo hotel e cancelou a feita aqui no booking, usei o hotel direto por eles! Nisso tudo a demora do check in foi muito grande e desgastante!

Pros:

Gostaria de deixar registrado que sempre que vou a Goiânia eu fico nesse Hotel. A localização, as instalações, a limpeza e atenção dos funcionários merecem todos os elogios possíveis. Na última estadia, tive um pequeno problema com meu carro e imediatamente fui assistido da melhor forma possível. A sra Jane do administrativo, em especial, foi extremamente atenciosa e solícita. Pessoas assim é quem fortalece e zela pelo bom nome da empresa De forma que recomendo firmemente este Hotel a todos que vierem a precisar se hospedar em Goiânia.

Sempre muito boa.
Pros:

O menu que o restaurante oferece é incrível.
Estive 3 noites no Hotel e jantei todos os dias lá, de tão bom que ficou o cardápio.

Cons:

A localização é excelente. Quarto confortável e um café da manhã completo.
