Има какво да се подобри , но като цяло съм доволна.
Pros:

Хареса ми локацията , беше тихо и спокойно. Има голям паркинг. Хареса ми интериора на лобито и ресторанта. Хареса ми това,че бързо ни настаниха и не чакахме. Стаята ни беше на 1 ви етаж като ползвахме асансьор и това беше много удобно. Хареса ми също така ,че бяха пуснати отоплителни уреди преди пристигането ни за да се затопли целия апартамент.

Cons:

За съжаление имаше и неща които не ми направиха много добро впечатление. Едно от тях е това,че в едното помещение от апартамента имаше проблем с дограмата,която не се затваряше плътно и духаше от нея . Също така трапезните столове в стаята бяха продънени. В спа центъра е доста мокро и хлъзгаво и съблекалните бяха на сред басейна ,което е неудобно тъй като влизаш с дрехи които се мокрят докато се преоблечеш. Водата в джакузито беше прекалено топла.

Pros:

The apartment offered good value for the price we paid and suited our needs well. It was conveniently located, approximately a 15-minute drive from the gondola car park, which made accessing the area straightforward. We also appreciated the free on-site parking, as this was particularly convenient for us during our stay.

We were particularly impressed with the service provided by the reception team and the restaurant staff. The receptionists were welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. In the restaurant, the team made excellent recommendations for local dishes and paired them with very good wine selections. Their thoughtful and friendly approach really enhanced our dining experience and made each meal enjoyable.

We also made use of the spa facilities, which, although small, were exactly what we needed after a long day of skiing. During the times we visited, it was generally quiet and relaxing. However, we did feel that having staff present in the spa area until closing time would have been beneficial, as some guests were not always mindful of shared-space etiquette. While information about treatments was available, we did not see a massage therapist present during our five-day stay, which was slightly disappointing.

Cons:

While the communal areas and restaurant were very clean and well presented, the apartment itself, although appearing clean at first glance, showed noticeable signs of wear and damage. There were marks and damage to the walls and floors, and the bathroom door frame appeared to be deteriorating due to moisture. The pillows were unfortunately uncomfortable, and we found an additional pillow stored uncovered in a cupboard, which did not feel very hygienic.

The spa area, although pleasant, was unattended during our visits, which resulted in excess water around the facilities at times. We also experienced some issues with the shower running out of hot water quite quickly, and there was a persistent damp smell coming from the bath area.

Cons:

My 4-year-old daughter developed a fever on our first night at the hotel, and we had to leave urgently the next morning. We had to admit her to the hospital the same day. We contacted the hotel, but they said a refund wasn't possible because Booking.com was involved. I sent numerous emails to Booking.com, even offering to send hospital reports, but they also gave negative responses. Finally, they said they would contact the hotel within 48 hours and get back to me, but they never emailed again. I am dissatisfied with both the hotel's attitude and Booking.com's responses. No human goodwill was shown in this unexpected situation. Neither I nor anyone I know will ever use this hotel or Booking.com again.

Pros:

The place has everything one needs, it is just not luxurious. The location is also fine, only a few minutes by car from the skiing area.

Cons:

The spa area is too small for the big hotel. The staff was extremely rude and one of them even wanted to give us another price from the one we were told during check in for the dinner buffet. The shuttle doesn’t go every 30 min, but every hour.
