Pros:

Locatie excelenta , camera spațioasă , personal amabil .

Cons:

Hotelul are nevoie de un update , mobilierul și celelalte dotări au început să se degradeze . Mâncarea de la restaurant e de o calitate îndoielnica fată de anii precedenți . Am fost cazat într-o clădire cu copii in tabăra și au fost destul de gălăgioși, nu am reușit să dorm ,mi sa întâmplat și anul trecut același lucru .

Ljubazno osblje i lepa priroda.

Cons:

Vreme je da se apartmani renoviraju podovi su ruinarni od zimskih sezona,lift ne uliva poverenje previse vibracija na svakoj stanici pri izlasku i pragovi koju ne pokrivaju liftovsku jamu,mlatene pri izlasku mozete zavuci ruku u okno sve vidite ispod kabine,nije dobro izveden i ugradjen lift.

Pros:

The location is amazing! The view from the balcony was towards the Pirin mountains. The jacuzzi was pretty nice. The breakfast was decent.

Cons:

The complex is especially suitable for families with small kids. It is not so suitable for a romantic vacation. Normally SPA places are for relax, not for loud shouting.

In our room we had a problem with the water and unfortunately we had to stay few hours wet after the spa, waiting for the water incident to be resolved.

Pros:

Privelistea, curatenia, marimea apartamentului, mic dejun destul de bun.

Cons:

Balconul putea fi mai mare, iar bucataria sa fie mai bine doatata. A lipsit cafeaua in camera, iar la micul dejun, la aparat exista doar cafea solubila.
