Хареса ни стаята и гледката от нея.

Pros:

The spa was very relaxed, so children could swim

Cons:

Breakfast time was too late if you were going to go skiing on the mountain, therefore although we booked our breakfast, we did not get it at all, there was no flexibility on the time of breakfast.
Staff were rude and consistently had a sour face, one evening we asked if the member of staff was okay and their reply was “no I’ve had a bad day”

The shower in the room was broken and flooded the bathroom

Two of the evenings, we stayed to have dinner in the hotel, food came out at all different times, food took over two hours to be served on both evenings, we had hungry tired children and this was not acceptable, we then did not eat at the hotel again.

Food we did have was cold

Although it was advertised to have free shuttle bus to the town, it was only at times that did not work with skiing, taxis were called and we were given a price of €20 however they put it up to €30 when they realised that we would have to get it every morning to get to skiing lessons on time.

We will not recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely not be returning.

Cons:

Че при напускане казаха, че дължим 5 евро за кафета, които сме пили, било на стаята ни, но ние реално не сме ги консумирали.

Pros:

Вкусна храна, сауната и парната баня бяха супер. Стаята беше чиста и много топла.

Το σπα ίσως και να ήταν και το πιο ανοργάνωτο που έχουμε επισκεφθεί πολύ βρώμικα …πισίνα με θολά νερα και κακή οσμή μαυρισμένες ξαπλώστρες καμιά επίβλεψη του χώρου. παιδιά μικρα να κάνουν βουτιές και να πετάγονται νερά παντού, ενώ είχε ταμπέλες ότι άπαγορευεται.Το φαγητό κάτω του μετρίου πήραμε διάφορα πιάτα να έχουμε γνώμη και ήταν όλα ξανά ζεσταμένα εμφανώς (το μοσχάρι ήταν κονσέρβα κ τα μακαρόνια κρύα ). Οι καθαρίστριες δεν έκαναν τίποτα στο δωμάτιο το πρωί όταν φεύγαμε πέρα να αλλάξουν τον κάδο ούτε καν σεντόνια πετσέτες .Το προσωπικό σε όλα τα πόστα ήταν αγενής και γενικά με λίγα λόγια όχι . Σίγουρα θα βρείτε καλύτερα!
