Наличие на СПА и закрит басейн, включени в цената на стаята

Добре ще бъде да има наличен пепелник в стаите с тераси.

Контролът за спазване на правилата при ползване на басейна не беше на ниво- имаше деца без родителите им, които скачаха от височина в басейна, възпрепятствайки останалите гости да ползват нормално басейна

Excellent
Pros:

Price/quality this accomodation was top. Also the breakfast and spa were excellent. And what about the view over the razlog valley :o these were incredible scenes in the morning with the fog

Cons:

Very small pillows and the beds were a bit small from width. But the rooms further were excellent

Pros:

Интериорът в ресторанта е много добър. Спа центърът е перфектен за релакс. Стаята беше достатъчно топла. Отношението на дамите, които почистваха стаите беше уникално и те бяха най-добрите от екипа.

Cons:

Отношението на част от персонала, които изглеждаха сякаш са насила там. В стаите беше мръсно и храната беше еднообразна, но поне беше вкусно.

Clean rooms, great breakfast and pool, friendly staff, and a perfect family stay overall.
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel twice with our family and had a great experience both times. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good, and the pool was great as well. Everything was well organized, and we would gladly come back again.

We liked everything and had a wonderful stay with our family.
