Pros:

Die Aurora Suiten sind an sich sehr schöne Zimmer. Sehr geräumig über 2 Etagen mit Sauna im oberen Badezimmer. Ausgezeichnetes Essen, zuvorkommendes Personal.

Cons:

Leider hat in unserer Suite die Heizung nicht funktioniert. Wir mussten uns mit den vorhandenen elektrischen Heizern behelfen. Die Unterbringung in einem Häuschen wäre sicher besser gewesen - dort gibt es einen Kamin.

Es war ein schöner und ruhiger Aufenthalt und eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!
Pros:

Unser 2-stöckiges Zimmer war super schön, geräumig, auch die Sauna für 3-4 Personen war TOP! Generell die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter kann man hervorheben, die schöne, ruhige Lage sowie das überall tolle Ambiente, sowohl im Hauptgebäude als auch im Nebengebäude. Das Frühstück ist soweit ok, mehr dazu unter Negatives.

Cons:

Es gab allerdings zwei Punkte, die eine bessere Bewertung verhinderten. Zum einen die eifrigen Reinigungskräfte, die uns in 4 Nächten insgesamt 3x!!! aus unseren Schlaf gerissen haben! Wir waren öfters in der Nacht unterwegs (Polarlichter-Tour) und haben deshalb meistens zwischen 8-14 Uhr geschlafen. Es war im ganzen Zimmer kein Schild zu finden, nach dem Motto "bitte nicht stören". Auch einen Zettel konnten wir nicht an die Tür außen hängen, da wir zwar Zettel vom Hotel hatten, jedoch nirgendwo ein Stift lag. Ebenso wäre ein Schuh-Löffel wünschenswert.

Der zweite größere, negative Punkt war das Frühstück. Es gaben jeden Tag identisches Frühstück, was einerseits nicht so schlimm wäre, aber sehr, sehr viele Speisen und Getränke Fertigprodukte sind. So waren ALLE Säfte aus Tetrapak's, ebenso die Smoothies, aber auch viele andere Fischspeisen, Waffeln etc. waren Fertigprodukte und nicht selbst gemacht. Hört sich jetzt schlimmer an, als es ist. Das Frühstück war wie oben geschrieben ok, Eier und Bacon waren z.B. einfach exzellent zubereitet und zeigt, dass die Küche auch was drauf hat. Wir waren 2x im hoteleigenen Restaurant essen, die Speisen waren einfach köstlich! Umso mehr schade, dass nur sehr wenig Speisen in der eigenen Küche zubereitet werden.

Magnifique séjour dans un hôtel exceptionnel
Pros:

Superbe, endroit moderne, idéalement situé dans le village du Père Noël. Du personnel au top à l'écoute. Une chambre magnifique. Très bon petit déjeuner.
