It was a nice cottage but can’t fathom that you give all staff off for 2 days straight and call yourself a hotel.
Pros:

Nice location around the forest. And on the heels of Santa Claus village

Cons:

There was NO staff. They gave everyone off for the holidays. Not one person to welcome the guest and take to the room. I had to manage the puzzle of taking the keys out then look for the room etc. Find it appalling that you book a room and 0 staff at the property and call yourself a 5 star hotel.

Pros:

A nice modern place right next to the Santa village! The cottage was fabulous- we loved it. We had not even booked the cottage - it was an upgrade offered by the hotel as the view from the Aurora suites was marred by some construction activity.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Pros:

Super schöne Wohneinheit über zwei Etagen! Alles neu und komfortabel eingerichtet.

Cons:

Im Juni wird noch viel gebaut. Es sieht alles sehr nach Baustelle drumherum aus. Frühstück gibt es im 5 min entfernten Santa Clause Restaurant zusammen mit allen Gästen, die drumherum ihre Quartiere im Santa Clause Village haben.

入住不到半小時,由門外雪地,入屋內常溫,鞋底濕滑,屋內門口地上沒有防滑墊,家人滑倒摔斷手腕骨,員工只協助叫救護車,卻因沒監視器證明,經理不承認疏失,未提供公共安全險,住宿期都在醫院治療手術,沒退費。,

Santa, Sauna & Nature
Pros:

La proximité au Santa Village.
Le calme et la nature autour.
La qualité des chambres ainsi que le sauna inclus.
Les énormes baies vitrées permettent d'observer des Aurores Boréales du lit.
L'enclos à Rennes était un plus.
Le petit abri pour allumer un feu et observer le ciel est une superbe idée.

Cons:

Etant arrivé en fin de saison (début Avril), le dîner à l'hôtel n'était pas disponible tous les soirs.
C'est compliqué de trouver un restaurant à proximité, ouvert le soir.
Il faut se déplacer en ville à chaque fois.

ディナーがとっても美味しかったし，部屋も綺麗で落ち着けた。
Pros:

遮るものがない景色とサンタクロースビレッジに近いこと。

Cons:

一階の手洗いの水捌けが悪い。サンタビレッジまでは近いが、雪道をスーツケースをひいて歩くには歩道が整ってないから歩きにくい。

Make sure you check the season!!!
Pros:

The cabin was lovely, big windows, comfy beds and fantastic showers. It was great having the living room and kitchenette and so much space. There was a lovely deck out the back looking into the forest and complimentary sleds. We had fun trying out the sauna too. The outlook from the front door was directly into a reindeer enclosure which thrilled the family. The staff were friendly and the breakfast at the restaurant was nice (otherwise the restaurant was closed).

Cons:

When booking there was no acknowledgement that it was past the end of season and that everything was closed. When I was researching online it was stated that Santa Claus Village is open all year but the only thing we had access to was the santa visit, the market, one basic restaurant and the animals. The place was deserted and although we had fun it was disappointing. Having said that, I'm pretty sure the room we got was heavily discounted as I've checked peak season prices and they appear much higher.
