Eines der besten Hotelerlebnisse, das ich je hatte!!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist rundum ein Volltreffer! Zuvorkommender Service, freundliche Mitarbeiter, wunderbares Ambiente und eine fantastische Anlage. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Die Lodge war wunderschön, super ausgestattet und sehr sauber.

Nice property with beautiful cabins near Santa Claus village
Pros:

Beautiful loft style cabin that Fits our family of 5. Had a nice kitchen and even a nice woodstove . Staff was very friendly. Nice restaurant on site and location is close to Santa’s village.

Cons:

A little further from town center, not walking distance.

Rooms are super clean, breakfast great, but windows to see Northern Lights were hindered by lights.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, nice selection. The room was clean and having a duplex hotel was really nice.

Cons:

Our bedroom specifically had large windows to look out of for northern lights. However, our windows faced the "backyard" forest with trees and there was another "hotel"? lined up to the side of ours and their exterior housing lights were always on, polluting and interfering with the darkness. We had to keep our shades closed because we couldn't sleep with their lights in our sight.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist wunderschön, steht am Rand des Waldes. Das Häuschen war sehr sauber und elegant ausgestattet mit einer Sauna im Bad. Tolles Erlebnis! Wir haben sogar die Nordlichter durch das Fenster im Schlafzimmer beobachten können.

Pros:

A lovely stay in a beautiful area of Rovaniemi. Close to the Santa Village and all the activities but still segregated enough to get some pace and quiet in the tranquil surroundings. The hotel is luxuriously finished. The staff are friendly and the food delicious. A wonderful experience.

Pros:

房間非常清潔，美麗。還有自家桑拿。窗戶非常大而且乾淨。我們非常幸運，在房間就可以看到極光了。地點也非常好，步行5分鐘就到聖誕老人村。

Cons:

入住員工態度冷漠。跟晚更員工不一樣。晚餐全場只有一位侍應。感受到他真的很辛苦。
