Tranquila tirando esse incidente

Tivemos que descer um dia de escada devido a manutenção de elétrica e estávamos do 6 andar. Escada de emergência sem luz de emergência, alguns andares sem corrimão e faixa anti derrapante no degrau, degraus com alturas diferentes e meu marido caiu. Graças a Deus não se machucou, mas poderia ter sido um acidente grave. Reclamamos na recepção.
