Well located hotel but not great value for money.
Pros:

The location of hotel is good. It smells really nice except for the bathrooms in the restaurant on the ground floor. They did not smell good.
The rooms are very comfortable so are the beds.
The hotel doesnt have a gym, they have a space to do yoga. It was disappointing to me that they dont have a proper gym with running machines for example.

The staff is friendly and helpful.

Cons:

They have a nice spa with indoor pools and a steam room but you need to pay extra to use this and I think this should be included in the rate.
The hotel has a really nice pool but it closes at 6pm. which is a shame as I couldnt use it but I would have liked to.
I thought the hotel was expensive , for midweek in Puebla I paid USD150 per night with no gym and no breakfast.

Would definitely stay again!
Pros:

Love the location and the comfort. Was asked what essential oil we wanted the staff to spray by our beds right before bed. The elevators smelled amazing. The service by the pool was on point. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. For the price, I would definitely go back. Right next to the center of the town and walking distance to most shops.

Cons:

No concerns. My only tip is to not drink tap water, I made the mistake of drinking some (to no one’s fault but my own) and got a little sick the day after checking out.

Mémorable
Pros:

Le personnel est très gentil, toujours propre et sont très accommodant. Je suis arrivée plus tôt et partie plus tard que mon check in et ils ont gardé mes valises en lieu sûr.

Cons:

Le gym n’était pas disponible mais sinon ils ont accommodé autrement

Beautiful experience to wrap up our stay in Puebla
Pros:

The location is excellent, and we love both restaurants. The room was great - the beds, lines, pillows, shower. The staff are incredibly friendly. We especially want to recognize Octavius for his help with our (very) late check in; Gaby, David, Angel, Jared, and Kenia at Custodia; Paola, Angel, Araceli, Israel, Alejandro, Eduardo, and Renato at Comedor. We look forward to our return.

our stay was fabulous - the staff were very helpful and kind
Pros:

the location was perfect, close the Centro, many markets, awesome restaurants, and street food. You can walk the streets for hours and take in the amazing Mexican / Spanish architecture, and different colourful homes and business. Lots to see and do close by, museums, cholula pyramid and church - the list goes on!! Go and enjoy : )
