our stay was fabulous - the staff were very helpful and kind
Pros:

the location was perfect, close the Centro, many markets, awesome restaurants, and street food. You can walk the streets for hours and take in the amazing Mexican / Spanish architecture, and different colourful homes and business. Lots to see and do close by, museums, cholula pyramid and church - the list goes on!! Go and enjoy : )

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, clean room.

Cons:

We had to change room because of 2 things: the door of our room wasn't soundproof and the wind blew through it, it was quite noisy and chilly in the room because of that. However, the night staff solved the issue very efficiently, so nothing to complain about. (These kinds of doors are according to my experience quite common in Mexican hotels).

Un hotel muy lindo, súper bien ubicado, el personal muy especial… estaba lactando y me guardaban mi leche materna en la nevera para q no se dañara. La piscina muy linda!

Pros:

Nice location on edge of historic district. Extremely helpful staff. Room quite spacious. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Room only had one desk chair, with no comfortable chair to sit. Balcony had good view, but lacked any chairs or other furniture.

Hôtel de haut standing magnifique avec beaucoup de services. Nous reviendrons.

Cons:

Nous avons eu un problème d’eau chaude à notre arrivée mais problème vite résolu car nous avons été changé de chambre.
