Excelente estadia!
Pros:

Estrutura do hotel excelente em geral. Quarto amplo, confortável, cama e travesseiros muito bons e ótimo chuveiro.

Equipe atenciosa, prestativa e gentil.

Cons:

A única coisa que talvez pudesse estar em melhor estado é a água da piscina, talvez mais limpa.

Great service ios the basis of a nice stay
Pros:

The location is in the edge of downtown near the Sapos market, its very practical, and it has great parking and a nice bay, which is rare in the area. The overall experience of the hotel is really nice, it feels premium. Inside it's like walking through a park, and the patio with the suites is lovely. The spa installations are top-notch, and the service there is amazing, Alain is very kind and professional. The restaurant upstairs is very accommodating; Alejandro and Angel were always attentive and arranged a vegan dish for me to have on the included continental breakfast instead of the standard options. The toiletries are very good.

The cleaning staff was very nice, but I think the cleaning itself between days could be a little more thorough. I spent three nights, and on the last day I had to really use the very bottom of the toiletries. They are expensive loccitan, and I understand you won't change them if they're still full, but I think three nights warrants a refill. Also ,the undercurtain catches with the raw stone, and it was a bit frayed.

Cons:

- Das Frühstück inkl. war recht wenig und stillte den kurzen Hunger.
- Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig - fast immer mit Zimmerverbindungstür. Habe dann ein Upgrade gebucht, weil es zu laut war.
- Wellnessbereich könnte renoviert werden

Petit jeuner inclus qui n'est pas à la hauteur du reste de la prestation.
Quelques morceaux de fruits, deux pancakes. Un jus vert qui a le goût de jus d'orange mais pas de vert. Et c'est tout.
On s'attend à beaucoup beaucoup mieux pour un hôtel comme celui-ci
