I will not go through booking.com in the future!! Or recommend.
Pros:

I expected the breakfast be comp.

Cons:

I needed to checkout a day earlier than expected, but was told the hotel couldn’t give me credit for the additional day since I had booked with booking.com. I would have to contact them, but there was no phone number to reach out. Will not use booking.com again!!!!!!

The A/C put a damper on our stay due to it's loud malfunctioning noise
Pros:

The A/C in our room woke us up at 3:11AM due to a very loud noise. Had a funeral to attend the next day and received very little sleep. We informed the person at the front desk upon checkout.

Cons:

See rhe above statement what we didn't like!!!!

Location and the atmosphere of the hotel.

Cons:

The room carpet was stained and the shower doors wouldn't stay closed. And lastly there's no pressure on the water especially the shower pressure.

The great staff is the only reason I would come back to this hotel.
Pros:

The staff was great and the location was near everything.

Cons:

Water pressure was terrible. The tile was cracked and in much needed repair. Not a big thing, but spend another 5 cent per roll and get some normal toilet paper.
