A great experience with such lovely staff.
Pros:

I stayed at the West Hotel in Sydney for my birthday weekend. The staff was so lovely, they actually set up balloons and a “Happy Birthday” banner above the bed. I thought that was very sweet and unexpected and made my birthday really special.

Cons:

The shower could have been a little cleaner but overall no other issues with the property.

Definitely a great place to stay right before a cruise and anything else
Pros:

Close to the ferry to catch to circular quay and also have an umbrella in the room for when we were there as it was raining

A go to when staying in Sydney for events

Simple and affordable with extra special touches
Pros:

Love how they go above and beyond with complementary drinks, snacks and the Dyson library. We only needed basic and affordable accomodation central to darling harbour. The bar downstairs is a nice bonus

Cons:

House keeping arrived at 4.30pm after we had been out all day. I was about to jump in the shower and my partner was napping. It was a Saturday so must have been very busy.
