Excellent accommodations
Pros:

Breakfast was not very warm many times but still ok. Room exceeded our expectations due to size.

Exceptional Service from Marcus and Austin
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience at Homewood Suites during my recent business trip, and I want to give special recognition to Marcus and Austin at the front desk. They were both incredibly friendly, professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay.

Traveling for business can be stressful, but their outstanding customer service made my experience so much easier and more enjoyable. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and had everything I needed for a medical request.
Marcus and Austin are excellent representatives of Homewood Suites and truly understand what exceptional hospitality looks like. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. I have already communicated to my peers to stay at this facility.

Thank you, Marcus and Austin, for making my recent business trip such a great experience! I would definitely stay at Homewood Suites again.

Great hotel with excellent amenities

I had a wonderful stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Novi Detroit. The hotel was exceptionally clean from the lobby to the suite, and everything felt fresh and well maintained. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay, including a well-stocked kitchenette and plenty of room to unwind.
The amenities were excellent, especially the complimentary breakfast, fitness center, and convenient common areas. Every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, making the entire experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness, comfortable accommodations, great amenities, and outstanding customer service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Novi/Detroit area.
The one hiccup was that the housekeeping is every other day which is fine but it does not happen on Sundays ! It would be appreciated if this is mentioned at check in or posted in the room.

It’s was ok. Not great. Not terrible.
Pros:

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Pool was very small. Couldn’t do laps. Room was smaller than anticipated. Two bed suite only came with one bathroom making a family of five almost impossible to get ready on time.

I had an amazing weekend up in Novi staying at this hotel!
Pros:

Property was a great distance from the 12 Oaks Mall and all of the surrounding shopping centers. It is very safe.

Location. Quiet area, a lot close by, near where we were visiting. The staff was considerate and were able to provide me batteries.

Cons:

Needs some touch ups. All doorknobs inside room were broken (not a big deal for our stay) floor had some cracked/damaged tiles in the bathroom.

Pros:

Nice layout of the suite with a separate bedroom. Good water pressure in the shower, comfy pillows and fluffy towels.

Cons:

I’ve asked for a quiet room far from the elevator and in the end of the hallway but got a room very close to the elevators.

Good stay but did not like the breakfast
Pros:

I liked the location since is close to main businesses. The size of the room and the appliances available for use.

Cons:

The breakfast was not good, and here is an interesting thing: I chose the place since I was familiar to the area and also because I read many positive comments on the breakfast, of how nice it was. Not sure why people say this, but I imagine it also depends a lot on taste and preference. For example, the scrambled eggs did not taste good, and some of the days the bacon served looked like the artificial ones (or whatever you want to call) sold in supermarkets. The coffee was not good, there was a burnt taste to it. Ended up getting breakfast from Starbucks and first watch (which are located close to the facility).
