The check-in was not the best. The clerk wasn't very clear and attitude was bland.

Close to campus and restaurants, comfortable, clean, quiet, and well appointed. Staff was friendly.
Pros:

the set up the room is well thought out with open rack drawers in white cabinets so you can see your stuff, and open drawers in the bathroom, as well as a small shelf to keep my items away from the sink. I had recently been traveling and stayed in multiple high end hotels and there were a lot of inconveniences in the name of "pretty".

Cons:

the blind's chain is loud- i could hear the next room only when they opened/closed blinds. There was an increase in unhoused people in the area, one of whom was sitting on the back steps of the hotel where the front desk could not see.

Location! Location! Location!
Pros:

This location is ideal. Near food and both universities. It was easy for me to spend time with my daughter and handle errands without driving far. This location is near a grocery store, restaurants and shopping.

Cons:

As a Hilton member, the price per night was higher due sport events and homecoming event. Nevertheless, the convenience was unmatched!

Okay for the one night
Pros:

The hotel itself is fine. Located btwn both FSU and FAMU campuses, walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, even a Publix. But the bed was quite hard, bath towels were small and rough. And the free breakfast was pretty lackluster.

Pros:

Very nice property and convenient for business at FSU and A & M. Extremely clean. Great breakfast. Only thing is $20 a night to self park a car was unusual for this kind of hotel and especially at the time I was there, seemed unnecessary.
