Perfect for a simple overnight stay!
Pros:

Nice area around the breakfast bar, plenty of seating and good food options. Good water pressure in the shower and enjoyed the lighting around the bathroom mirror for doing makeup.

Awful 😞
Pros:

It was convenient

Cons:

They wasn't ready for quest. I got 3 keys for 2vrooms. 1st room wasn't cleaned 😕. Then was given another room then that key didn't work. Third time the front desk clerk checked the room. It just an awful stay. The side doors didn't work with the key. Only could enter by the front. Not a great experience.

Pros:

Clean, bright, colorful main area staffed with friendly and professional people.
Room set up was efficient and comfortably spaced with lots of ledges and towels.
My favorite was the different size and firmness of the pillows to choose from for personal preference. Very thoughtful.
Thank you for including breakfast.

Cons:

Shower ledge was too low and needed one more for products. Yellowish/orange mold was beginning to grow in a corner.

The staff was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good enough.
Pros:

There was a problem with other guests and their children which was resolved the following day and throughout my stay. Thank you! 😊

Cons:

The pool was quite murky. I had my bathing suit ready but did not use it. Maybe next time?

After traveling for 6 hrs the computer system was down. We could not check in. It took a few hours

It was okay can’t say much more than that
Pros:

Room was nice and clean

Cons:

Had to pay an additional 50 dollar deposit that they said I would get back in about two weeks because it depends on my bank although they took it out on the spot. Also had to pay 5 more dollars for parking

Wasn't able to stay due to system being down. No plan in place for situation like this. Waited several hours before being told we were unable to stay

Housekeepers were excellent, front desk needs to be a little more friendly,some were but others not

Boring same thing everyday,hilton at sunchase was far better

Cons:

Yogurt and fruit, which was not provided on a daily basics. 2% milk would be nice in a carton,l like sunchase.
