Pros:

Spacious rooms. Very large bathroom.

Cons:

Location was inconvenient to get to. It felt tucked away. Wouldn't have spotted it from the road.

Our ice machine was broken on our floor but you just had to go to another floor. No biggie.

The staff was very nice and the room was clean, could do better with breakfast.
Pros:

It was clean, location was good, bathroom was nice and looked to be newly updated.

Cons:

Had a full kitchen but no silverware, ottoman in the room needs to go, it was useless and water damaged and just plain ugly, breakfast wasn’t very good. The fabric benches in dining area were stained and filthy.

Pros:

It was close to legends and a million places to shop and eat. That was the only redeeming thing about it.

Cons:

It was dirty as heck. The elevators were old and felt very unsafe. The only staff member that was nice was the guy checking us in.

The room:
The beds were super hard and uncomfortable. Pillows were flat. Every single towel had hair in them. Our comforter had a crusty yellow stain under the cheap duvet that refused to stay on. The paper cups for the coffee maker had mold inside of them IN THE PLASTIC. Our shampoo and soap were out since we checked in and every time we talked to a housecleaning staff they pretended not to speak English even though we heard them speaking English at other times. Nothing in the kitchen was clean. Dishes had rust or dried food on them. The microwave almost made me throw up. Almost all the problems we had could have been fixed with a proper cleaning staff, but you could tell they just didn’t give a crap.

The amenities:
The inside pool was not heated and we had hair tangled in our toes the second we tried to step in. Thank goodness planet fitness was close by. The gym would have been okay for people just wanting a treadmill. The breakfast was different every morning, which meant a new flavor of gross every day. The bread and pastries were all stale and gross. The eggs tasted like the kind you get at summer camp. The one morning there was bacon it looked and tasted like paper. Thank heck for the yogurt and waffle bar. Never again.

Cons:

Use to be really nice but has deteriorated significantly. Disgusting dish’s and silverware in the cabinets upon arrival which rather than correct they gave me cleaning supplies. The condition of the property was terrible, cracked windows in pool area, rust running down the walls, loose wall paper in various locations, broken flooring in elevator and outside ground trashing and unkept. Also appears to be more a house for day labor workers with vans full of people departing daily (kind of like low income housing at $200 per night). Even had the hotel text me about how my stay was going and when I rated it as a 1 they said the would contact me later that day and then never heard from them again. Would have changed hotels in a heart beat other than the room was none refundable. Should avoid if expecting a decent hotel.

Cons:

They cancelled my booking when I reach the property and assigned me to another Radisson hotel property. Not sure why they didn't email or reach out to me beforehand. Perhaps they always overbook and hope someone doesn't show up.

Pros:

Staff was great at check in. The floor in our room had multiple stains and our feet were black after walking around in the room. Walls had dirty hand prints. Found food from previous people at edges of bed on floor.

Pros:

We asked for room to be clean day #2. It was not. Had to get to and towels. Evening snacks were gone in 15 minutes even tho advertised to be open for 2 more hours. Well except cold lasagna
