It was okay
Pros:

Breakfast was nice. The place was clean entrance.

Cons:

But when I asked for a upgrade and would pay the difference wouldn't happen so my daughter slept on the couch. Which was okay for her. The shampoo thing was broke. Which I would think they wouldn't have room like that. There was some one else's hair on the counter. Didn't bring it up because who would listen.

Pros:

I liked that we had an indoor pool and free breakfast.

Cons:

Staff was rude and I want to know they kept my 100 deposit when I left my room in good condition

Great place with great access to places of interest.
Pros:

It was very clean and spacious. Hotel is fairly near mall, attractions and other places to visit. All surroundings were clean and well maintained. Staff was good although you might not see them much after the evening hours. But I have to say that everyone we encountered was friendly and courteous.

Cons:

A couple of extra sheets per room won't hurt.

Prefect for large families.
Pros:

The rooms are very spacious, love that there is a small kitchen with a full size sink and refrigerator.

Cons:

The waffle mix button was broken and needed to be fixed to be used.

Pros:

Devenie was absolutely wonderful. Had a glitch with booking, and she went above and beyond to help us out. The null family will be back next year!

Cons:

The beds could be a little more comfortable, but not terrible. Pool is cold, but very clean.

Nice location without additional adult perks..happy hour, appetizers…etc

Seemingly an ok location and layout.

Cons:

Our room was by the elevator - which was super noisy ALL NIGHT—sound sleep past an hour was impossible…plus kids running up and down the hallway-yelling! The breakfast bar was minimalistic…as well as broken. The yogurt machine did not work…no oatmeal, no eggs…only one waffle maker, gravy but no biscuits……..
