The staff went above and beyond and were extremely helpful. The facilities were clean and beautiful and the breakfast and dinner were delicious!

We had to be moved rooms because the room we were put in the sheets and inside the pillowcase were dirty. Looked to be dead bugs. Floor also had dead bugs in the corner. Had burnt out lightbulbs in lamps very dark in room. Does have an excellent breakfast.

The lighting is bathroom was Terrible. The light around mirror didn't work

The staff were very efficient on a busy day. Great location!

We love the embassy suites! I only rated our visit low this time for one reason. There was a STRONG sewage smell coming from the vents overnight. It woke our family up multiple times.

Breakfast was great. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

We loved that our dog was welcomed and there were grassy areas to walk him. Happy hour had great wine selections and snacks. Breakfast was amazing, could not have asked for better, and it was free! We had connecting rooms, so we enjoyed having the suites for visiting. The staff were so pleasant and accomodating, and very efficient. We will definitely stay here again!

Our son was married over the weekend and we chose to stay as a large group at this property. The lobby and bar area was a wonderful place for all of us to gather and spend time together before and after the ceremony. In addition, the restaurant was so nice and was another area where our large group could gather and to eat together. The hotel staff members were kind and professional. The fun time at the hotel added additional memories to our special weekend.

We loved the accommodations and the breakfast. Our favorite place to stay in Noblesville.

Great beds; had a wonderful night sleep. Took a minute for the hot water, but overall a great place to stay.

The property was clean, parking etc OK. But Twom Big disappointing issue. Went to attend a wedding and many wedding guests stayed. 1) The Room locker box did not work so I had to carry expensive jwelery in my pockets, and car. 2) NO Ironing board in room told front desk told me to check must be there, checked all around NOT there, called Front desk, they sent a terrible bad board won;t open easily so turned down to see and open and slipped hit my front head in between glasses, luckily did not break my glass but hurt forehead and I rub down for a while and OK. when I managed to set up the top surface was terrible rough dirty NOT soft to iron suites, shirts, wife dress etc for wedding. Very dis-appointing. I gave feedback to there website and told I'll contact Expedia since I booked thru Expedia that it was very highly priced and terrible service so as a customer requesting partial refund of the total cost. Please review with them and expecting partial refund as Expedia member. Thank You.

Room wasn’t ready when we arrived. Seemed that several other guests were waiting in the lobby as well. Also only one staff member at the desk for check in so the wait to check in or check on room status was less than ideal.

Our room was clean, but when we showered the shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty.

Beds were very comfy, thermostat and shower were easy to use/adjust.

Very thin walls, so if your neighbors are noisy like ours were you’ll hear how much *fun* they’re having.

This hotel was really great! The only reason we didn’t give it a complete five star is that the windows had a handprint and some smudges on it. Otherwise great stay and a great option for those hitting up a concert.

Excellent hotel for events at Ruoff. Clean, convenient, comfortable and courteous staff!
