Great physical environment and facilities, but poor staffing and noisy location.
Pros:

Great modern design! Pool area was very nice and accommodating. Location was convenient to restaurants and shops.

Cons:

When we first arrived the reception desk was vacant so we had to wait about 10-15 minutes for his return. He was friendly and apologetic when he arrived.

Receptionists mostly did not acknowledge us when we arrived into the lobby. They were looking at their phone and never looked up at us to acknowledge our prescence. A friendly "Hello! Welcome back. How was your day?" would have made for a more pleasant and welcoming ambience. And more professional.

In house cafe was good, but very slow.

Our room was street side and VERY noisy from road traffic. Especially Saturday night. Our request to change rooms was agreed to, but the timing didn't work with our daily activities and the housekeeping schedule. Seems there should have been a way to accomodate our request so we would be more comfortable.

Bed was too hard. Pillows too flat.

My go-to stay when I have to fly out of Las Vegas. Affordable, easy in and out, great parking.

All A/C units are noisy, even though we asked for a quiet room they acted like they don't know why.
Pros:

Bed and Bathroom was spacious.

Cons:

NOISY AC (like a thunderstorm every few hours)
NOISY airport (the windows don't isolate the noise well)
Smell of smoking (the well known amsterdam smell) entering the room through the air intakes(!).
Breakfast had added sugar in practically everything. Even the "from the farm joghurt" with vanilia and sugar. not a single slice of ham, just different shapes of sugar.

Cons:

The room had rust in the doorway to the bathroom and the lamp on the desk also had rust. The room was not as clean as it should have been upon arrival.
