Pros:

Le camere sono molto belle, basta oltrepassare l’incrocio e si è sulla spiaggia più bella di Da Nang. Lo staff è molto amichevole e attento a qualsiasi esigenza. Attorno ci sono tanti locali e una animatissima vita notturna. Rapporto qualità prezzo straordinaria. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Mi è piaciuto tutto, mi sono anche divertito nel non riuscire a svegliare l’addetto alla reception che russava beatamente per fare check out alle 4 di mattina

Asciugamano sporco, rubinetto rotto che dondola, 2 rotoli di carta igienica quasi finiti in una camera ( in teoria) appena pulita. Al check in mi fanno firmare tantissimi fogli, (per essere sicuri che tutti i conti verranno pagati? ) ( relatuvi a taxi, colazione consumata prima del check in) e mi segnano una tariffa da suite che non è la mia ( infatti poi mi daranno un altro foglio con la tariffa giusta). La sera in cui piove, propongono a mio figlio alto 2 metri, un ombrello adatto ad un bambino di 5 anni: non hanno sufficienti ombrelli per gli ospiti. Pretenderebbero di trattenere il mio passaporto fino al check out pur avendolo fotocopiato: forse temono che gli sottraiamo i rotoli di carta igienica iniziata e scappiamo senza pagare ? Per tentare di scusarsi del pessimo servizio, ci propongono uno sconto sul taxi per Hoi An....lo attendiamo per 20 minuti e nonostante ci abbiano chiesto il nome dell albergo del drop off, non lo danno all autista e quindi occorre spiegare dove deve portarci. Insomma, vorrebbero apparire un albergo lussuoso ma offrono un servizio da alberghetto.
