الفندق بشكل عام نظيف والغرف نظيفه ومرتبه. حجزت غرفتين وصاله إطلاله حزئيه على النهر.

Cons:

غير مرنين في التعامل. يوجد كوبون cocktail من ضمن الحجز ولكن انتبهوا الكوكتيل يعني فيه نبيذ. وبعد نقاش وأخذ ورد عطوني عصير برتقال. يعني اذا أنا ما أشرب نبيذ خلاص ما تعطوني. ونقطه ثانيه ركزوا عليها، التشك اوت الساعه 11 صباحا. خذو احتياطكم بالأخص اذا عندكم حجز طيران. والشقه نوعا ما صغيره

Отличный номер с двумя спальнями и двумя санузлами с видом со всех спален и даже с ванной комнаты . Бассейн длинный шикарный с обзором 360 градусов ! Наплавалась вдоволь . Уборка каждый день . Полотенца меняют каждый день , дают воды правда не так много по поллитра на человека , зато цены в платном минибаре доступные . Завтраки хорошие , готовят вкусно . Нравилось наличие отдельного корейского уголка с едой , а также наличие красной рыбы . У нас был номер с опцией бесплатного afternoon tea и снэков .

Cons:

Трансфер с /до аэропорта только строго расписанию два раза . Рядом жили соседи , которые постоянно курили травку . Нам не нравился этот запах .

On m a offert le tea time, c était très bon!

On nous oblige a mettre leur tong pour aller à la piscine mais on laisse les gens se baigner en jeans ou vêtements 🤷‍♀️ dommage qu' il n y ait pas d offre pour boire ou manger et pas assez de transats. Ils peuvent faire beaucoup mieux à ce niveau pour ce genre d hôtel dommage...

The infinity pool with the scenic view of Da Nang's Golden gate bridge was iconic

Cons:

The attitude of the staff was extremely disappointing. The way they handled guest requests, and the apparent lack of even the most basic hospitality standards, was incredibly frustrating.

Staff would readily say “no” without even taking the time to listen to the full request or understand the situation. What was even more disappointing was the lack of consideration for a guest in a wheelchair. There seemed to be very little awareness of accessibility, courtesy, or the basic level of care one would expect in the hospitality industry.

We also noticed that guests would walk past staff without receiving even a simple greeting or acknowledgment. These may seem like small things, but they make a huge difference in the overall guest experience.

Unfortunately, the repeated lack of courtesy, warmth, and customer service made what should have been an enjoyable holiday stay extremely frustrating. It reached a point where the attitude and service of the staff overshadowed the entire experience and ultimately ruined our stay.
