Great value for money. Excellent restaurant meal at F29 however lounge seating area would be much better if facing outward to enjoy the fantastic views. Staff and service was impeccable.

If we could make the pool bigger, that would be excellent.
Huge hotel, rooms were very large clean comfortable and well appointed. The swimming pool is incredible and a big draw. Decent restaurants and 2 breakfast locations. Danang is a rather long narrow city and this is right at the top so we had to take grab everywhere but luckily they’re so cheap in Vietnam it wasn’t a problem. We had checked out of a different hotel in the centre and preferred this one by miles. Also very convenient for going to Bana Hills.
Had a great stay with the family at Wyndham. The staff were excellent and breakfast was an array of options . Great location as well.
When i first entered the bathroom, there was a bunch of long hair still stuck on the shower wall. My hair is short so it couldn't have been mine. They cleaned within 30 mins. On Day 2, the room was not cleaned when I came back after a hot day out, at 2:30pm. They said the cleaning is after 2pm. In the end, I just asked for fresh towels. Other than these incidents, everything was up to 5-star standard.
My stay at the Wyndham Danang Golden Bay was absolutely fantastic, and a large part of that was thanks to the phenomenal service. The hotel itself is beautiful, with large, clean rooms and stunning views.
I want to especially commend a few staff members for their exceptional efforts:
* Ms. Becky (Concierge): Ms. Becky went above and beyond to ensure our trip was smooth. She not only arranged transportation but also patiently helped us with practical tasks like installing a local SIM card, setting up the Grab app, and recommending various local attractions.
* Ms. Emma: Her translation assistance was invaluable for our travel needs, making our journey much easier.
* Ms. Tee: Her thoughtful and attentive service at the reception and during our meals was a true highlight of our stay.
This was a truly wonderful vacation, and the staff's dedication is why I highly recommend this hotel and give it a well-deserved 5-star rating.
Especially thank you so much to Ms. Becky for her excellent and expertise services in helping me and my friend David. We really appreciated and we would rate Ms. Becky for the 5 stars services !!!
I reserved a 2 bedroom suite for my family and I to stay.
Pros;
-exceptional view
-clean
-spacious
-nice staff
-complimentary toiletries in bathroom was nice
Cons:
-far away from town (10minutes away)
-missing kitchen utensils (dishes, bowls, cups, pots, eating utensils etc to use with full kitchen)
-all in one washer and dryer- washes great but does not dry clothing (took 2 hours for just 4 piece of underwear)

We really enjoyed our stay at Wyndham Golden Bay. The staff was very courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. This would more than make up for some of the things that could be considered as shortcomings in the hotel amenities. The breakfast buffet both in the Premium Lounge and 3rd floor restaurant were excellent. The pool was too crowded at the time we went up but picking the right time could be nice. They offer free beach shuttle but need to make reservation 24hr before but they were nice enough to accommodate us at the last minute.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
