The location and shuttle service

Cons:

Staff ripped us off right away what costed $627 thai bhat they charged us $1500 for taxi service. It felt way too much. So bad for the hotel reputation. I truly regret asking them for help. If i could just warn a foreigner just like me who is travelling with family please get a taxi and get them to start the meter. Receptionist lady at 11 am on April 25th 2026, I hope you read this!! We were the family with 4 ladies including my elderly mum and two kids this morning checking out the hotel. We felt so let down by you and your service. Scamming us must have felt good but just like you we also work very hard to survive and travel. I was so upset with this whole experience because i truly thought Thailand is better than this! It’s really not about the money. It’s being dishonest and not having ethics. Shame on you!

Faut. Cela coûte 200 baths
Cela est très désolant, surtout quand vous choisissez l'établissement car il a une navette gratuite !!!

Die Aircon im Zimmer für 3 Leute war eine Zumutung! Nicht regelbar, nur niedere Stufe, Zimmer zu warm, vor dem Flug sehr schlecht geschlafen

An Ok stay near the airport
Pros:

Ok for one night if using it for the location to the airport

Cons:

It’s a bit tired and I had to change rooms as there were ants. The staff changed my room straight away. I wouldn’t stay more than 1 night here.
